Description du Poste
**Titre du poste :** HSE Manager
Dans le cadre de son développement, Prysmian recherche un HSE Manager pour son usine de Mudanya. Ce poste est essentiel pour garantir la sécurité et le bien-être des employés ainsi que la conformité aux normes environnementales.
Responsabilités Principales
Le titulaire du poste sera chargé de diverses fonctions, notamment :
- Assurer la conformité avec la législation locale en matière de santé, sécurité et environnement (HSE) ainsi qu’avec les standards de Prysmian.
- Diriger les initiatives en matière de santé, sécurité et environnement au sein de l’usine.
- Soutenir la vision « Zero & Beyond », avec des programmes axés sur la sécurité et le bien-être.
- Réaliser des évaluations de risques, des enquêtes d’incidents et des analyses des causes profondes.
- Surveiller et améliorer les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) HSE.
- Préparer des rapports mensuels HSE et partager les tendances avec la direction.
- Organiser des formations internes sur la sensibilisation et assurer des briefings juridiques.
- Promouvoir les thèmes HSE mensuels et les campagnes de communication.
- Collaborer avec les équipes pour identifier des axes d’amélioration et mettre en œuvre des actions correctives.
- Agir en tant qu’enquêteur HSE indépendant sur demande de la direction de l’usine.
- Encourager une culture forte de responsabilité et d’amélioration continue.
Profil Recherché
Le candidat idéal devra posséder les qualifications suivantes :
- Diplôme en Ingénierie Environnementale, Santé au Travail ou domaine technique connexe.
- Expérience minimum de 5 ans dans un environnement de fabrication/industriel, avec un accent particulier sur la HSE.
- Connaissance solide des systèmes de management ISO 14001 et ISO 45001.
- Compétences analytiques, organisationnelles et de leadership.
- Expérience en audits, formations et suivi de la conformité réglementaire.
- Compétences en communication efficaces pour engager tous les niveaux de l’organisation.
- Maîtrise de l’anglais, tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Manager to join our team in Mudanya Plant.The Ideal Candidate will be responsible for the following processes and tasks:
- Ensuring full compliance with local HSE legislation and Prysmian standards
- Leading health, safety and environmental initiatives across the factory
- Supporting “Zero & Beyond” vision with proactive safety and wellbeing programs
- Conducting risk assessments, incident investigations and root cause analysis
- Monitoring and improving HSE KPIs and performance metrics
- Preparing monthly HSE reports and statistics, and sharing trends with leadership
- Organizing internal awareness trainings, legal briefings and safety stand-downs
- Managing communication and promotion of HSE monthly themes and campaigns
- Collaborating with site teams to identify improvement areas and implement corrective actions
- Acting as an independent HSE investigator when assigned by the Factory Director
- Driving a strong culture of accountability, prevention and continuous improvement
Who are we looking for?The Ideal Candidate should have the following skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment
- Solid knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems
- Strong analytical, organizational and leadership skills
- Experience in conducting audits, trainings and regulatory compliance tracking
- Effective communication skills with the ability to engage all levels of the organization
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
