Rôle de People Business Partner
En tant que People Business Partner, vous serez un acteur clé dans la gestion des ressources humaines chez Insider. Ce poste requiert un fort engagement envers la culture d’entreprise et le bien-être des employés. Les responsabilités incluent, sans s’y limiter :
- Offrir des conseils sur une variété de processus RH aux départements d’entreprise.
- Collaborer avec les leaders de départements pour optimiser l’engagement et la performance.
- Contribuer à l’élaboration de nouvelles stratégies de culture d’entreprise.
- Promouvoir une culture d’équipe unifiée en collaborant étroitement avec diverses fonctions au sein de l’entreprise.
- Évaluer en continu le niveau d’engagement des employés.
- Gérer le processus de recrutement et établir des relations avec des talents correspondant à la culture d’Insider.
Profil Recherché
Les candidats idéaux doivent posséder un ensemble de compétences et d’expériences spécifiques, parmi lesquelles :
- Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en ressources humaines, dont au moins 3 comme partenaire RH dans des secteurs non technologiques.
- Expérience solide en gestion des talents et développement des compétences.
- Capacité à établir des relations solides à tous les niveaux de l’organisation.
- Esprit stratégique et compétences en leadership.
- Maîtrise de l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.

- Provide guidance and assistance to Insider’s related HQ Business departments and certain regions on a broad range of human resources processes;
- Act as a thought partner to the department leaders to improve people-related issues including engagement, productivity and performance, learning and development, hiring, retention, recognition, communication, and more;
- Take a significant role in building and implementing new People and Culture strategies aligned with departmental and organizational OKRs;
- Foster “one team” culture by working closely with all Center of Excellence functions (People Operations, Recruitment, Learning & Development, HR Analytics, Internal Communication, and Employer Branding) to cultivate our candidate and Insider experience;
- Conduct 30-60-90 day interviews with newcomers, assess Insider’s engagement on a proactive, ongoing basis; identify and work to address disengagement issues early;
- Support People & Culture Manager with NPS actions;
- Be a strategic consultant by offering valuable insights to recruitment teams, and managing the full-cycle recruiting process;
- Source, engage, and nurture relationships with culture-fit top talents to empower Insider team;
- Actively contribute to the employer branding activities to share our story with Insider’s potential team members.
We want you to join us while we are taking a step into the future if you have
- 5+ years of experience in an HR role, or at least 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in non-tech divisions
- Experience in People and Culture practices, including recruitment, talent management, and learning and development; working knowledge of current immigration laws and processes will be a plus
- Exceptional teamwork and the ability to establish strong relationships at all levels and across functions within the organization
- Ability and desire to take leadership responsibility
- A strategic mindset that allows you to come up with successful plans of action and to bring new perspectives to the table
- Excellent command in both spoken and written English
- Prior experience in high growth and fast-paced environment (startup or technology company experience is a big plus)
- Skills required to manage recruiters aand researchers to reach hiring goals across the organization and to screen candidates
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks with superb multitasking skills and prioritization
