With a mission to shape the future of decentralized technology, we partner with visionary startups to raise funding, refine product-market fit, and grow their audiences.As we continue our mission of looking for best-of-class talent we are now looking for an ambitious and self-driven Senior UI Designer to join one of our most successful partner’s rapidly growing team!!About The RoleOur breakout project, a crypto wallet, combines next-gen security with a focus on making the complex and intimidating world of crypto simple and user-friendly.In a short space of time they have gained a lot of attention, being featured in 15 of the top 20 crypto news sites and even major Web2 publications such as Forbes . This crypto wallet is taking the market by storm, demonstrated by its massive user and revenue growth over the past 3 months.We’re looking for a creative genius who can transform concepts into intuitive and engaging user experiences. You’ll join a growing team of designers, collaborating closely with product owners to create cutting-edge interfaces for a specific crypto product.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality designs from wireframes to interactive prototypes. Design engaging assets and interfaces with high usability and satisfaction within our brand guidelines.
• Break down a design brief, then plan and choose the best visual elements (colour, font, visual hierarchy, etc) for the design of our products.
• Collaborate with the wider UI team to ensure all requests are completed on time and meet expectations.
• Work closely with our UX team and build upon their insights from user journey maps, pain identification and low-fi frames to build truly exceptional UI.
• Analyze competitors and identify opportunities to improve user experience, always striving for innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to ensure seamless handoff and a cohesive user experience.
• Clearly explain your design choices and solutions during internal reviews.

About You:

• Proven UI Design experience, with a strong portfolio of work.
• Experience working on a B2C mobile app
• Solid understanding of UI design principles, responsive design and best practices across different platforms, apps, websites and dashboards.
• Strong communication both verbal and written.
• Impressive UI design skills that balance usability and delight.
• Expert knowledge in design software, especially Figma (design and prototype)
