Description du poste
Le rôle de Middle C/C++ Software Engineer est crucial pour le développement de solutions embarquées innovantes. Le candidat idéal sera créatif, persévérant et doté d’une solide formation technique, ainsi que d’une passion pour les systèmes embarqués et l’ingénierie logicielle moderne.
Tâches principales
- Conception et mise en œuvre de solutions embarquées en C/C++ pour des applications automobiles et robotiques.
- Contribuer à des projets de R&D internes axés sur AUTOSAR (Classic & Adaptive).
- Participer à un programme de formation structuré sur AUTOSAR Classique utilisant des outils Vector.
- S’engager dans le développement basé sur des modèles (Simulink, MATLAB), si applicable.
- Favoriser l’innovation à travers des domaines transversaux comme la robotique et la santé numérique.
- Collaborer avec des ingénieurs en matériel et en électronique sur la conception au niveau système.
- Participer aux conférences et expositions technologiques au nom de l’entreprise.
Qualifications requises
- Diplôme technique dans un domaine tel que l’électronique ou l’ingénierie informatique.
- Plus de 3 ans d’expérience dans l’un des secteurs suivants : automobile, robotique, IT santé.
- Compétences en programmation en C/C++.
- Expérience en Python (plus d’un an).
- Expérience pratique en programmation de microcontrôleurs (STM32, NXP ou similaires).
- Compréhension solide de l’architecture des systèmes embarqués.
- Familiarité avec les protocoles de réseau et de communication (CAN, LIN, Ethernet).
- Bonne compréhension des concepts de tests logiciels et des processus de validation.
- Compétences en communication en anglais, tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral.
- Esprit curieux et communicatif, avec la volonté de progresser au sein de l’entreprise.
Atouts supplémentaires
- Expérience avec le design basé sur les modèles (Simulink, MATLAB).
- Exposition à ROS2, DDS, intégration d’actionneurs, moteurs et capteurs en robotique.
- compétences de base en Altium Designer (conception de schémas, layout PCB).
- Intérêt pour les normes automobiles et AUTOSAR Classic/Adaptive.

📝 Description du poste : We’re looking for a creative and persistent Embedded Software Engineer to help us grow our internal expertise in AUTOSAR and develop innovative internal projects in the automotive domain. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background, long-term mindset, and a passion for embedded systems and modern software engineering.What you’ll do:
- Design and implement embedded solutions in C/C++ for automotive and robotics applications
- Contribute to internal R&D projects focused on AUTOSAR (Classic & Adaptive)
- Participate in a structured AUTOSAR Classic training program (Vector tools)
- Engage in model-based development (Simulink, MATLAB) where applicable
- Support innovation across cross-domain areas such as robotics and healthcare IT
- Collaborate with hardware and electronics engineers on system-level design
- Join company delegations to conferences and tech exhibitions
Required qualifications:
- Technical degree (Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field)
- 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following: automotive, robotics, healthcare IT
- Strong programming skills in C/C++
- Experience with Python (1+ year)
- Hands-on experience with microcontroller programming (STM32, NXP, or similar)
- Solid understanding of embedded systems architecture
- Familiarity with networking and communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet)
- Good understanding of software testing concepts and validation processes
- Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
- A communicative, curious mindset and desire to grow inside the company
Nice to have:
- Experience with Model-Based Design (Simulink, MATLAB)
- Exposure to ROS2, DDS, actuators, motors, and sensor integration in robotics
- Basic skills in Altium Designer (schematic design, PCB layout)
- Interest in AUTOSAR Classic/Adaptive and automotive standards
