Poste: Infrastructure Engineer / DevOps Engineer
Emplacement: Télétravail depuis l’Ukraine avec présence requise au bureau à Kyiv lorsque les circonstances le permettent.
Responsabilités
- Développement de l’infrastructure: Concevoir et mettre en œuvre l’infrastructure de l’entreprise.
- CI/CD: Support et développement de pipelines CI/CD à l’aide de Jenkins.
- Ansible: Création de playbooks pour divers environnements d’infrastructure.
- Applications containerisées: Déploiement d’applications à l’aide de Docker.
- Base de données: Support pour SQL et NoSQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
- Surveillance: Suivi du statut système avec Grafana et Nagios.
- Gestion de l’infrastructure: Administration de systèmes auto-hébergés et AWS.
- Soutien produit: Administration de produits variés comme GitLab et ELK.
- Documentation: Maintien d’une base de connaissances structurée.
- Analyse: Réalisation d’analyses des causes profondes en cas de pannes.
Exigences
- Expérience: Au moins 3 ans en administration des systèmes d’exploitation Linux.
- Compétences: Maîtrise de Jenkins, des systèmes de surveillance Linux, et des politiques de pare-feu.
- Langue: Anglais intermédiaire ou supérieur requis.

As a small firm, we remain nimble and hold ourselves to the highest standards of integrity, ingenuity, and effort.Position Highlights:We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer who has experience designing, building, and deploying infrastructure systems using containers, microservices, and other next-generation tools and services. As we are rapidly growing, this role is very important and will have a major impact on the future of our software systems. Less manual, more automation!This position is currently open as remote work from Ukraine, with in-office presence in Kyiv required once circumstances allow.Responsibilities:
- Development of the Company’s Infrastructure
- Support and Develop CI/CD Pipelines using Jenkins Pipeline DSL and Jenkins Job DSL
- Support and Develop Ansible Playbooks for various infrastructure tenants
- Deployment of Containerized Applications (using raw Docker and Docker Compose)
- Support and Deployment of SQL/NoSQL Database Servers (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, Clickhouse, ElasticSearch)
- Monitor System Status with Grafana and Nagios, resolving issues promptly
- Maintain Data Network Storage
- Manage Self-Hosted and AWS Infrastructure
- Support and Administration of various products like GitLab, ELK, Grafana stack, etc.
- Proxmox Hypervisor Support: Manage VMs, automate routines, and handle backups
- Maintain Structured Knowledge Base and Documentation
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis for outages
- Facilitate innovative idea generation and collaboration to enhance development processes and ensure efficient project delivery
- Collaborate with the IT Infrastructure Lead (DevOps Lead) to drive automation initiatives and tackle complex challenges
Requirements
- Linux Operating Systems Administration with at least 3 years of experience
- Proficiency in Jenkins Pipeline DSL and Job DSL
- Experience with Linux Monitoring Systems
- Support and Deployment of Firewall Policies (Fortigate, Linux iptables)
- Manage VPN Access and Provide End-User Support
- Troubleshoot Networking Connectivity Issues
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher
All of the above require deep knowledge of Bash scripting and intermediate Python skills.Nice to have:
- Experience with Kubernetes (bare-metal and cloud environments)
- Administration of RedHat-Based Linux Systems
- Experience with Big-Data Processing and Analysis Pipelines
- Knowledge of Network Technologies (Ethernet, TCP/IP, NAT, VLANs, Routing, ACL)
- Genuine Interest in Finance and Trading
- Experience Working in a Trading Company is a significant plus
