Description du Poste
Titre : Design Control Engineer – IRC268542
Exigences
- Une expérience de 4 à 5 ans en gestion qualité.
- Connaissance des normes ISO 9001 et ISO 13485.
- Compréhension des réglementations sur la fabrication de dispositifs médicaux, notamment celles de la FDA américaine.
- Connaissance du cycle de vie du développement logiciel, incluant une expérience antérieure ou une compréhension des normes internationales telles que IEC 62304.
- Expérience en gestion des risques logiciels (ISO 14971) est un plus.
- Notions en tests de logiciels et assurance qualité.
- Maîtrise des méthodologies FTA/FMEA/FMECA.
- Connaissance de la structure des systèmes de management de la qualité (QMS).
- Participation à des audits internes et externes.
- Compétences en gestion documentaire.
- Capacité à analyser et à évaluer des normes et leurs implications pour l’entreprise.
- Maîtrise de l’anglais à un niveau intermédiaire supérieur.
- Compétences en présentation et formation.
- Aptitude à coordonner et mener des réunions.
Responsabilités du Poste
- Établir des processus et de la documentation pour valider le cadre d’automatisation des tests en conformité avec les SOP du client.
- Créer un plan de validation et diriger l’équipe d’automatisation des tests de GL pour suivre ces processus et produire la documentation requise.
- Réviser les livrables générés par GL pour garantir leur précision et leur exhaustivité.
- Collaborer avec le QA et les leaders du client pour l’approbation des livrables.

- At least 4-5 years of quality management work experience.
- Knowledge and understanding of ISO 9001 series and ISO 13485 standards.
- Knowledge and understanding of regulations on medical device manufacturing (at least US FDA Regulations).
- Knowledge of the software development life cycle (work experience in software development or knowledge of the international standards that regulate this process such as IEC 62304 standard).
- Experience with Software Risk Management (ISO 14971) is a big plus.
- Fundamentals of software testing and quality assurance.
- Fundamentals of FTA/FMEA/FMECA methodologies.
- Knowledge of the QMS structure.
- Experience of participation in internal and external audits.
- Strong documentation management skills.
- Ability to work with standards. Ability to comprehend a new document with standards, analyze it well enough to assess the standards’ value/benefit for the Company against possible risks entailed.
- English at the upper intermediate level.
- Presentation and training skills.
- Ability to coordinate and lead meetings in a team and with other participants.
Job responsibilities
- Establish process and documentation to validate the Test Automation Framework and Scripts in compliance with Client’s SOPs (SW SOP, CSV SOP etc.)
- Create the validation plan and drive the GL Test Automation team to follow those processes and create corresponding documentation/deliverables.
- Review GL generated deliverables to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Work with Client’s QA and Leads for approvals of deliverables.
