Responsabilités principales
- Développement de produits : Diriger tout le cycle de vie d’un produit, depuis l’idéation jusqu’à l’analyse post-lancement.
- Expertise technique : Traduire des concepts techniques complexes en exigences claires et actionnables pour l’équipe produit.
- Collaboration interfonctionnelle : Travailler avec des développeurs et des designers pour recueillir les exigences et valider les solutions.

Compétences requises
Les candidats doivent avoir :
- Plus de 5 ans d’expérience en gestion de produits, dont au moins 3 dans un rôle technique.
- Une expertise dans les méthodologies agiles, ainsi que dans des outils comme Jira ou Asana.
- Une solide compréhension des systèmes de microservices et des technologies web telles que JavaScript.
- Des compétences en communication pour assurer le lien entre parties prenantes techniques et non techniques.

You’ll collaborate with developers, designers, and leadership to define product roadmaps, align on requirements, and launch new products. This is a great opportunity for someone with great experience, to contribute to impactful product launches in a highly dynamic environment.Responsibilities:Product development and Roadmap: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering to delivery and post-launch analysis. Define user stories, acceptance criteria, perform backlog management and workflows for development teams.Technical Expertise: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable product requirements. Evaluate technical solutions and prioritize features based on technical feasibility, business impact, and customer value.Conduct extensive market research, including customer discovery to understand the value proposition of our product.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, validate and deliver solutions.Quality & Delivery: Ensure product features are delivered on time and meet quality standards; organize testing and feedback loops.5+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years in a technical product management role.Excellent communication skills for bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.Expertise in agile methodologies – Jira, Asana etc.Strong understanding of microservices, peer-to-peer systems, javascript.Strong organizational skills to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.Skilled in defining, tracking, and reporting on product KPIs to measure success; expertise in A/B testing or similar experimentation methods is a plus.Experience leading AI and peer-to-peer (P2P) projects is a plus.Hands-on development experience with JavaScript (e.g., frameworks like Node.js, React, or Angular) is a plus.
