Présentation de l’Équipe Finance Order-to-Cash (F-O2C)
L’équipe F-O2C joue un rôle crucial dans l’**efficacité et la fiabilité** de la gestion financière des opérations américaines. ✨ La mission de cette équipe, basée à Montevideo, va de la réalisation de ventes jusqu’à l’encaissement des paiements clients. Elle est responsable de la gestion de la trésorerie, des comptes clients, du recouvrement, et de la gestion des créances, ainsi que de la réconciliation interentreprises.
Objectif Principal du Poste
Le poste d’**Accounts Receivables Semi Senior Analyst** vise à exécuter les processus de comptabilité relatifs aux comptes clients. Cela se fait dans le cadre d’accords de service établis (SLA), tout en ayant un regard critique sur les processus afin d’identifier des opportunités d’amélioration.
Tâches Principales
Les responsabilités clés comprennent :
- Traitement et contrôle des tâches fondamentales (application des paiements, remboursements clients, prolongations selon les directives).
- Réalisation des tâches de clôture comptable.
- Résolution de demandes spécifiques liées aux comptes clients.
- Service de contact avec d’autres zones comptables.
- Participation à des projets de taille moyenne.
- Engagement dans l’analyse et la préparation des audits externes, ainsi que des contrôles internes.
- Contributions à la préparation et à l’analyse des notes de bas de page en fin d’année.
Qualifications Requises
Pour postuler, les candidats doivent répondre aux critères suivants :
- Éducation : Étudiant avancé ou diplômé en Comptabilité, Administration des affaires, Finance ou domaine similaire.
- Expérience Professionnelle : 3 à 5 ans dans des fonctions similaires.
- Langues : Anglais avancé, surtout à l’écrit.
- Compétences Techniques : Solide maîtrise d’Excel ; expérience avec SAP est appréciée.
- Compétences Interpersonnelles : Communication efficace, attention au détail, capacité d’analyse et esprit critique, travail en équipe.

From our Hub in Montevideo, we cover the processes from the moment of sale to the moment of customer payment, and we are responsible for key areas such as treasury and cash management, accounts receivable, collections management, credit management, intercompany reconciliation, and master data for customers and suppliers. Our goal is to maintain strong and agile processes, minimize financial and operational risks, and promote continuous innovation through the digitalization and automation of tasks.Main Objective of the Position:Executes the accounting of processes related to the accounts receivable chapter in accordance with the established SLA, with a critical look at the process in search of improvements.Main Tasks:
- Processing and control of core tasks (cash application, customer refunds, prolongation according with Guidelines)
- Perform closing tasks
- Resolution of ad hoc requests related to customer accounts
- Point of contact with other accounting areas
- Participate in and perform tasks related to medium-sized projects.
- Participate in the analysis, preparation and recording of external audits, internal controls and implementation of changes to improve process efficiency.
- Participate in the preparation, completion and analysis of year-end footnotes and analytics.
Minimum Education and Qualification Requirements for the Position:
- Education | Advanced student or graduate of Accountant or Business Administration, Finance or similar
- Work Experience | 3 to 5 years of professional experience in accounting duties, finance areas, or similar roles.
- Languages | Advanced level of English, mainly in writing skills.
- Technical Skills | Solid proficiency in Excel is required. Experience with SAP is valued.
- Soft Skills | Effective communication, detail-oriented and analytical skills, critical thinking, and teamwork.
