Zone de Responsabilité
Au sein du hub de Montevideo, le département de Reporting Financier veille à l’exactitude et à la conformité des états financiers, tant locaux qu’internationaux. Les rapports mensuels, trimestriels et annuels sont élaborés en collaboration avec les équipes locales de finance et de contrôle, ainsi qu’avec le siège.
Objectif Principal du Poste
L’analyste sera chargé d’effectuer des tâches quotidiennes et des analyses périodiques pour garantir l’intégrité et la précision des informations comptables dans SAP et autres bases de données.
Tâches Principales
- Supervision des procédures de clôture mensuelle : Assurer la qualité du rapport destiné au siège.
- Analyse des Comptes Mensuels : Suivre la cartographie des comptes prédéfinie.
- Préparation des Analyses Mensuelles : Présentation des résultats selon les besoins.
- Participation à des Projets : Contribuer à la documentation des processus, tests et audits.
- Accompagnement sur l’IFRS16 : Fournir des conseils pour l’application des normes comptables.
- Gestion des Contrats : Création et maintenance dans le système RFEX, garantissant le respect des critères de capitalisation.
- Collaboration autour des Actifs Fixes : Participer aux analyses comptables.
Exigences Minimales
Éducation : Diplôme ou étudiant avancé en Comptabilité Publique ou Administration des Affaires.
Expérience Professionnelle : 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en comptabilité.
Langues : Maîtrise avancée de l’anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit (test prévue).
Compétences Techniques : Une bonne connaissance de SAP et Excel est très appréciée. L’expérience avec les normes comptables, notamment l’IFRS, sera valorisée.
Compétences Interpersonnelles : Capacité de communication efficace pour entretenir des relations solides avec les clients et collègues.

We offer professional solutions in finance, purchasing, reporting, logistics, technology, human resources, projects, communication, legal matters, environment, safety, health, and quality.AreaIn the Montevideo HUB, we have the Financial Reporting area, which is responsible for ensuring that financial statements are completed appropriately, complying with both local and international regulations. Monthly, quarterly, and annual reports are prepared in collaboration with Local Finance, Controlling, and the headquarters. At the end of the month, all information is gathered from the SAP System modules to subsequently report our Financial and Operational versions in our official system.Main Objective of the Position:Perform daily tasks and periodic analyzes ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the accounting information in SAP and other databases.Main Tasks:
- Ensure the correct execution of month-end closing procedures and controls, ensuring the quality of the report to the headquarters.
- Be responsible for monthly Account Analysis according to the predefined account mapping.
- Be responsible for monthly Analytics preparation. Presentation might be needed.
- Contribute to various projects and initiatives throughout the year related to process documentation, FRC, testing, auditing, among others.
- Provide guidance and support to businesses in the application of IFRS16.
- Be responsible for the creation and maintenance in the system (RFEX) for contracts that meet the capitalization criteria based on the applicable regulations (IFRS16), ensuring the quality of the accounting information.
- Collaborate with tasks related to Fixed Assets as well as the Account Analysis process.
Minimum Education and Qualification Requirements for the Position:Education | Graduate or advance student of Public Accounting or Business Administration.Work Experience | 3 to 5 years of accounting experience.Languages | Advanced level of English proficiency in both oral and written communication (will be tested)Technical Skills | Proficiency in SAP and Excel will be highly valued. Experience with accounting guidelines, particularly IFRS, will be valued.Soft Skills | Excellent communication skills are essential in order to maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other service delivery units within the HUBWhat We Offer:
