Mission Principale du Poste
Le rôle de l’Agile Facilitator consiste à garantir que le cadre Agile et les méthodologies associées sont correctement compris et appliqués par les différentes équipes. Cela inclut le soutien aux collaborateurs, la promotion d’un environnement collaboratif et l’alignement du travail sur les objectifs organisationnels.
Tâches Essentielles
- Implémentation des Méthodes Agiles : Assurer que le cadre Agile, notamment Scrum et Kanban, soit bien intégré par les équipes.
- Résolution de Problèmes : Identifier et éliminer les obstacles qui peuvent freiner le progrès des équipes, en adoptant une approche de leadership de service.
- Formation et Coaching : Fournir des conseils et un accompagnement aux équipes et parties prenantes pour adopter les principes Agiles.
- Collaboration avec le Product Owner : Travailler étroitement pour garantir que le Product Backlog soit bien défini et priorisé.
- Médiation et Communication : Faciliter la communication et résoudre les conflits au sein des équipes.
- Alignement sur les Objectifs : Assurer que le travail des équipes soit en phase avec les priorités organisationnelles.
- Encouragement à l’Autonomie : Favoriser un sentiment de propriété chez les membres de l’équipe.
Qualifications Requises
- Éducation : Diplôme universitaire en ingénierie logicielle, informatique, administration des affaires ou domaines connexes.
- Expérience Professionnelle : 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans des équipes numériques et en gestion des parties prenantes.
- Compétences Linguistiques : Niveau avancé en anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.

- Analyse des problèmes et des causes
- Gestion des allocations de ressources
- Gestion des backlogs Agiles
- Méthodologies Agiles avancées
- Facilitation et modération
- Coaching et conseils
- Niveau intermédiaire en gestion des processus

The main objective of the Agile Facilitator position is to ensure the Agile framework and methodologies are properly understood and implemented by the different teams, while supporting their needs, fostering a collaborative environment, and aligning their work with organizational goals.Main Tasks:
- Ensure that the Agile framework and Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban mainly) are understood and implemented correctly by the Team, including organizing and facilitating the necessary Agile ceremonies.
- Identify and eliminate obstacles or impediments hindering the progress of the teams, embracing a servant leadership approach by supporting the team’s needs and fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
- Provide guidance and coaching to the team and stakeholders in understanding and adopting Agile principles and practices, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to ensure the Product Backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and understood by the team, and help the team understand and use relevant metrics to track progress and maintain transparency.
- Mediate conflicts and facilitate open communication within the team, encouraging constructive discussions to resolve issues, and communicate progress and challenges to stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment between the team’s work and the organization’s goals and priorities, identifying and addressing risks and dependencies that may affect the team’s ability to deliver value.
- Foster a sense of ownership and empowerment within the team, encouraging them to make decisions and take responsibility for their work.
Requirements:
- Education: University degree, e.g Bachelor degree Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or other related fields.
- Working Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience working within digital teams and jobs
- 3-5 years of experience in internal and external Stakeholder Management
- Language skills: Advanced level of English (spoken and written).
- Technical skills:
- Advanced skills in Problem Statement and root cause analysis
- Advanced skills in Resource allocation and management
- Advanced skills in Agile Backlog management
- Advanced skills and knowledge in Agile Methodologies
- Advanced skills in facilitation and moderation
- Advanced skills in coaching and consulting methods
- Intermediate level skills on process management and improvement
- Soft skills:
- Strong Analytical thinking and problem-solving
- Advanced skills in Building relationships and trust to Stakeholders
- Strong Communications and collaboration skills
- Intermediate skills in Negotiation
