Description : Ce rôle est essentiel dans le soutien à notre département marketing. Le Marketing Assistant travaillera sur la gestion de projets, l’entretien du contenu numérique et diverses activités marketing. Le candidat idéal est organisé, proactif, et capable de gérer plusieurs projets dans un environnement dynamique.

Responsabilités Clés
- Gestion de Projets : Coordination et gestion de projets marketing de leur conception à leur exécution, tout en garantissant le respect des délais.
- Entretien de Contenu Numérique : Mise à jour et maintenance du contenu sur les canaux numériques, y compris les sites web et les réseaux sociaux.
- Soutien Marketing Général : Création de supports marketing, organisation d’événements et recherche de marché pour soutenir le développement des campagnes.
Profil Recherché
Qualifications :
- Licence en Marketing, Communication ou domaine connexe.
- 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans le marketing, idéalement dans le secteur financier ou technologique.
- Compétences organisationnelles et de gestion de projet solides.
- Maitrise des outils de gestion de contenu numérique et des plateformes sociales.

In this role, you will provide essential support to the marketing department through project management, digital content maintenance, and general marketing activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Experience working in a fully remote environment and collaborating with global teams is a plus.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management:Assist in coordinating and managing marketing projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery.Track project timelines, deliverables, and outcomes, working with internal teams and external vendors.Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and alignment on project objectives.Digital Content Maintenance:Update and maintain digital content across websites, social media, and other marketing platforms.Monitor and ensure all content is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with the brand’s messaging.Assist in managing email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and digital advertising efforts.General Marketing Support:Assist in the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and reports.Help organize events, webinars, and other promotional activities.Conduct market research to support campaign development and audience targeting.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.3-5 years of relevant work experience in marketing for the finance/tech industry is a bonusStrong organizational and project management skills.Detail-oriented and capable of managing tasks with precision.Familiarity with digital content management (CMS experience is a plus).Proficiency in social media platforms and a basic understanding of digital marketing tools.Professional fluency in English is required.
