Le rôle d’Oil Operator consiste principalement à gérer les opérations physiques commerciales des produits pétroliers en Amérique Latine et à apporter un soutien au département de trading.
Qualifications requises
Connaissances, compétences et capacités :
- Diplôme : Diplômés universitaires en Commerce International, Relations Internationales, Administration des Affaires, Économie ou Comptabilité.
- Expérience : Minimum de 3 ans dans un poste similaire, de préférence au sein d’entreprises de trading ou de logistique.
- Langues : Maîtrise de l’anglais requis.
- Aptitudes : Adaptabilité, compétences organisationnelles et de communication solides, et capacité à travailler sous pression.
Responsabilités clés
Les principales responsabilités comprennent :
- Coordonner toutes les opérations de shipping/logistique pour assurer une trade efficace.
- Communiquer avec divers partenaires opérationnels et prestataires de services tiers après les transactions.
- Suivre les contrats et réaliser des tâches administratives pour soutenir la zone d’opération.
- Contrôler et approuver les coûts liés aux opérations.
- Assurer la mise à jour régulière du système et la coordination de l’entrée des factures avec le service comptable.
- Réaliser des rapports hebdomadaires et mensuels sur les opérations.
