Description et Responsabilités
Le candidat idéal sera responsable des tâches suivantes, marquées par un souci constant de qualité et d’esthétique :
- Connaissance approfondie des produits et cocktails.
- Préparation des boissons conformément aux normes établies par le directeur général.
- Service des commandes de nourriture et de boissons avec précision et rapidité via le système de point de vente.
- Interagir avec la clientèle pour recommander et expliquer les options de menu.
- Maintien de la propreté dans toutes les zones du bar, y compris le lavage et la stérilisation des verres.
- Participation active à la formation continue, en adhérant aux normes de santé et de sécurité.
Qualifications et Compétences
Le poste exige certaines qualifications et compétences essentielles :
- Capacité à soulever jusqu’à 40 lbs.
- Expérience en bartending (préférée mais non requise).
- Capacité à travailler sous pression et à multitâcher efficacement.
- Sens du détail et compétences en mémorisation.
- Disponibilité les soirs, week-ends et jours fériés.

There is a passion in everything we do, and we are looking for people with similar attributes.Bartender Duties and Responsibilities:
- Product & cocktail knowledge is a must
- Ensure that all beverages are prepared to maintain the quality standards consistently at all times as mandated by the General Manager.
- Prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with our standardized drink recipes.
- Learns and knows the menu and how to pair drinks with the food that is offered.
- Record food and drink orders accurately and in a timely fashion after receipt into Point of Sale.
- Accept guest payment, process credit card charges and make change (if applicable).
- Wash and sterilize glassware.
- Prepare garnishes for drinks.
- Maintains bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner to support efficient drink preparation and promotion of beverages.
- Clear and reset tables in the bar/ lounge area.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
- Make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverage.
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves and storage areas.
- Receive and serve food orders to guests.
- Report all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to the restaurant manager.
- Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor.
- Demonstrate proficient food knowledge.
- Demonstrate proficient beverage knowledge (Liquor, Wine, and Beer).
- Perform all duties while following all health department sanitation requirements.
- Attend training and classes as provided by the Company.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
- Bartending experience (preferred, but not required)
- Neat appearance
