Nous recherchons un UX Researcher passionné pour rejoindre notre équipe à Oslo. Ce rôle stratégique impliquera une immersion dans le quotidien des agriculteurs afin d’acquérir des insights précieux à partir de leurs interactions avec nos produits. Cette démarche ne se limite pas à des entretiens : elle inclut des visites sur le terrain pour observer les utilisateurs dans leur environnement naturel.

Responsabilités Clés

  • Planification et Conduite de la Recherche : Utilisation de diverses méthodes de recherche qualitative et quantitative, y compris des tests d’usabilité et des visites sur le terrain.
  • Création d’outils de Synthèse : Élaboration de personas, de cartes de parcours (journeys) et de blueprints de service pour éclairer les décisions de conception.
  • Opérations de Recherche : Gestion complète du processus de recherche, de la planification à la synthèse des résultats.
  • Plaidoyer pour les Utilisateurs : Veiller à ce que les besoins et les préoccupations des utilisateurs soient au cœur du développement produit.
  • Collaboration Interdisciplinaire : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec des équipes de designers UX, de gestionnaires de produit, de développeurs et d’autres parties prenantes.

Profil Recherché

Le candidat idéal est une personne curieuse et empathique, capable de naviguer dans des environnements complexes tout en étant sensible aux réalités des utilisateurs. Les qualifications souhaitées pour ce poste incluent :

  • Formation : Diplôme pertinent en HCI, anthropologie, design, UX ou domaine connexe.
  • Expérience : Plus de 3 ans d’expérience en recherche UX sur des produits numériques (une expérience avec des écosystèmes physiques et numériques est un atout).
  • Compétences : Maîtrise des principes de design centré utilisateur et des méthodologies UX.
  • Langues : Maîtrise de l’anglais et du norvégien ; la maîtrise de l’espagnol est un plus.

To support smarter product development, we’re now looking for a UX Researcher to join our Experience team in Norway.This role is based in Oslo and involves regular travel to farms across the country and abroad. You’ll work closely with product, design, software and hardware teams to uncover deep user insight and bring the realities of farm life into the heart of how we build.About the roleYou’ll be responsible for understanding what farmers truly need. Not just through interviews or surveys, but by joining them in their context, observing how they work, mapping the full journey of their interaction with our products and identifying gaps and opportunities for us to explore.This is a strategic research role grounded in hands-on fieldwork. You’ll help uncover what we don’t yet know, highlight friction points across farm operations, and deliver clear, practical insights that influence how we build. From collar setup to pasture planning and app troubleshooting, you’ll capture the reality of our users’ routines and feed that directly into our product and design decisions.The main responsibilities for this role will be:

  • Plan and conduct user research using a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods, interviews, surveys, usability testing, field visits, you name it.
  • Create personas, journey maps, and service blueprints to inform design and product strategies.
  • Identify and help prioritise user problems, distilling complex behaviors and environments into clear insights that influence product and design decisions.
  • Own research operations, from participant recruitment and study planning to synthesis and reporting.
  • Advocate for users, ensuring their voices are clearly heard throughout the development process and share easy-to-access and understand findings for the whole company to build empathy with our customers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with UX designers, product managers, developers, data scientists and customer support.

About youYou’re passionate and interested. You’re a context translator, a clear communicator, and a collaborative problem solver. You’re comfortable in unpredictable environments and skilled at extracting clarity from complexity. You’re willing to travel, spend time on farms, and engage directly with users in their environment. You take pride in making research accessible, and you know how to present insights clearly through impactful syntheses, user journeys, flows, and visual mappings that teams can immediately use.The right candidate is preferred to have the following qualifications:– Relevant degree in HCI, anthropology, design, UX, ID or similar.– 3+ years of hands-on UX research experience with digital products (bonus if you’ve -worked on hardware or physical/digital ecosystems).– Deep knowledge of user-centric design principles and UX methodologies.– Strong communication skills: You make the complex simple and the invisible visible.– Confident with tools like Maze, Dovetail, Hotjar, Optimal Workshop, and Figma, or similar.– Fluent in English (our company language) and Norwegian; bonus if you speak Spanish.– Comfortable working in a fast growing and changing scale-up.– Experience or passion for rural, agricultural, or field-based user research is a huge plus.– A full EU/Norwegian driving license.What You’ll Be Doing– Plan and conduct research using a range of methods.
