Responsabilités du Poste

En tant qu’UX Specialist, vous serez responsable de :

• Analyser les exigences des clients et effectuer des recherches sur les utilisateurs.
• Concevoir et valider de nouvelles applications pour le produit de Gouvernance d’Identité et d’Accès.
• Collaborer avec d’autres équipes pour garantir une synergie optimale.
• Identifier et suggérer des opportunités d’apprentissage et partager vos connaissances avec vos pairs.
• Soutenir les équipes produit et développement pour assurer la conformité aux normes.

Profil Recherché

Les candidats doivent posséder un minimum de 3 ans d’expérience en conception UX ou dans des domaines connexes. Les compétences requises incluent :

• Maîtrise des méthodes de recherche utilisateurs et tests d’utilisabilité.
• Expérience avec des outils de conception comme Figma.
• Solides compétences en design visuel avec un œil pour l’esthétique.
• Une expérience avec les Lignes Directrices de Conception SAP Fiori est un atout.
