Le V.I.E. (Volontariat International en Entreprise) proposé est destiné spécifiquement aux citoyens européens âgés de 18 à 28 ans, maitrisant l’anglais, et ayant récemment obtenu un diplôme en ingénierie civile ou dans un domaine similaire. Les candidats doivent respecter les critères du programme VIE, notamment l’absence d’expérience professionnelle antérieure en Nouvelle-Zélande.
En tant que Site Engineer, vous intégrerez directement l’équipe de HEB Construction et participerez activement à la réalisation de projets significatifs, tels qu’une autoroute nouvelle améliorant la sécurité et la fiabilité des trajets.
Responsabilités clés
Qualité et Environnement (30%)
- Soutenir la planification sécurisée et l’exécution sur le site.
- Élaborer et gérer les plans d’inspection et d’essai.
- Effectuer des contrôles qualité et compiler la documentation nécessaire.
- Assurer la mise en place de contrôles environnementaux appropriés.
- Promouvoir une culture de la qualité et du respect de l’environnement.
Santé et Sécurité (30%)
- Appliquer et respecter les procédures de sécurité de l’entreprise.
- Identifier les risques et participer aux formations.
- Veiller au respect des pratiques de travail sécuritaires et à l’utilisation des EPI.
- Contribuer à la déclaration des incidents et à leur analyse.
Gestion Financière et du Programme (30%)
- Participer à l’approvisionnement et au suivi des coûts.
- Préparer les commandes et les demandes de variation.
- Contribuer à la préparation des programmes de contrat et au soutien lors des appels d’offres.
Autres missions (10%)
- Être prêt à travailler sur différents projets au besoin.
Profil recherché
Le candidat idéal possédera un esprit d’équipe, une proactivité face aux défis et une solide formation académique. Les critères suivants sont souhaités :
– Diplôme de niveau Bac +5 en ingénierie civile ou construction, accompagné d’une première expérience sur site.
– Priorisation de la santé et de la sécurité au travail.
– Compétences interpersonnelles fortes et aisance à s’adapter à des environnements dynamiques.
– Anglais courant pour communiquer dans tous les contextes nécessaires au poste.
– Permis de conduire valide et disponibilité à se déplacer entre différents sites.

- Develop and manage inspection and test plans

- Assist with procurement, cost tracking and invoicing
- Prepare purchase orders and variation claims
