Description du Poste

En tant qu’Associate de Vente, votre rôle consiste à être l’ambassadeur de la marque, en favorisant des connexions authentiques avec les consommateurs et en améliorant leur expérience à travers le choix de produits innovants. Responsabilités Principales

* Construire les ventes en adoptant un état d’esprit centré sur le consommateur et en utilisant des comportements de vente à travers des interactions authentiques.
* Assurer la propreté et la préparation du magasin selon les normes de la marque.
* Utiliser des compétences de communication verbales et non verbales pour dépasser les résultats de vente.
* Interagir régulièrement avec les clients pour offrir un service de haute qualité.
* Respecter les politiques et les pratiques alignées sur les directives de l’entreprise.

Compétences Requises

Ce que vous apportez :
* Compétences en communication éprouvées.
* Capacité à travailler selon un horaire flexible, incluant les week-ends, soirées et jours fériés.
* Aptitude à trouver des solutions et à rester flexible dans un environnement dynamique.
* Minimum de 0 à 1 an d’expérience professionnelle/retail souhaitée. Une formation formelle est appréciée, mais l’expérience et les réalisations professionnelles sont prioritaires.
