Dans ce cadre, elle recherche un **Vice President Technology Strategy** dont la mission sera de définir et d’exécuter une feuille de route technologique globale, mettant l’accent sur l’utilisation des données, de l’apprentissage automatique (ML) et de l’intelligence artificielle (AI).

Responsabilités clés

Le titulaire du poste devra s’acquitter de diverses tâches d’une grande responsabilité, telles que :

Holistic Technology Strategy : Élaborer une stratégie technologique exhaustive qui assure une synergie avec les objectifs commerciaux de Strawberry.
Enterprise Architecture : Superviser la conception et la gouvernance de l’architecture technologique, garantissant évolutivité et sécurité.
Data & AI Innovation : Promouvoir l’innovation technologique en intégrant des solutions d’AI et ML pour optimiser la prise de décision.
Security & Compliance : Mettre en place des politiques de sécurité rigoureuses pour protéger l’intégrité des données et des systèmes.
Leadership & Team Development : Constituer et encadrer une équipe performante et dynamique dans les domaines de l’architecture et de la cybersécurité.
Stakeholder Collaboration : Travailler en collaboration avec les dirigeants pour transformer leurs besoins en solutions techniques sécurisées.
Financial Management : Gérer les ressources financières et les budgets, en veillant à une allocation optimale.
Strategic Guidance : Apporter des conseils stratégiques à la direction sur l’utilisation éthique et sécurisée des technologies.

Profil recherché

Les candidats doivent répondre à un ensemble de critères rigoureux :

Formation : Diplôme en informatique, technologies de l’information ou cybersécurité, avec une spécialisation en science des données et ML.
Expérience : Plus de 15 ans en leadership technologique, avec une expertise en stratégie et gestion de la sécurité.
Compétences techniques : Maîtrise des architectures d’entreprise et des plateformes AI, ainsi que des normes de cloud computing.
Leadership : Solides compétences en gestion d’équipe et en communication, avec une capacité à articuler des concepts complexes de manière accessible.
Certifications : Des qualifications régionales en architecture et en sécurité sont fortement recommandées.
Experiences sectorielles : Une connaissance du secteur de l’hôtellerie sera un atout majeur.

You will be responsible for shaping Strawberry´s technology future, with a strong emphasis on leveraging company data, machine learning (ML), and artificial intelligence (AI).You will command our strategy across enterprise architecture, data platforms, infrastructure, and security, ensuring technology decisions empower business objectives, drive innovation, and protect our digital assets. Leading teams across these critical domains, you will collaborate closely with business, to deliver secure, future-ready, and data-driven platforms. A strategic mindset, strong commercial understanding, and exceptional execution skills are crucial for success.What you will be doing:

Holistic Technology Strategy: Define and execute a comprehensive technology strategy across enterprise architecture, data platforms, infrastructure, and security, ensuring tight alignment with Strawberry´s business goals.
Enterprise Architecture: Lead the design and governance of our enterprise technology architecture, guaranteeing scalability, reliability, security, and the effective integration of data and AI capabilities across all solutions.
Data & AI Innovation: Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies, including AI and machine learning platforms, and championing their adoption to create business value, enhance decision-making, and strengthen security.
Security & Compliance: Establish and enforce robust security policies, standards, and a security-aware culture across all technology domains, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our data and systems.
Leadership & Team Development: Build, lead, and mentor high-performing teams in architecture, data, infrastructure, and security. Foster a culture of collaboration, technical excellence, and data-driven decision-making.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business leaders and the VP of Insights and Analytics to translate their needs into secure, scalable, and data-centric technology solutions and infrastructure requirements.
Financial Management: Manage budgets, resources, and vendor selections across your domains, ensuring optimal allocation, return on investment, and alignment with strategic goals.
Strategic Guidance: Provide expert counsel to senior management on the technology landscape, including the strategic use of company data and the potential and risks associated with AI and machine learning.

Who we think you are:

A Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field with a strong emphasis on data science and machine learning.
15+ years of extensive experience in technology leadership, with a strong focus on strategy, architecture, infrastructure, security, and data management, including direct experience with AI/ML technologies.
A proven track record of developing and executing successful technology strategies and comprehensive security programs in a large, complex organization.
Deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF), cloud computing, data architecture, and AI/ML platforms (e.g., Azure ML, AWS SageMaker).
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with executive stakeholders and technical teams and articulate complex concepts in business terms.
Experience managing large, cross-functional teams and budgets.
A strategic mindset focused on innovation, continuous improvement, and the responsible and ethical application of AI.
Relevant certifications in architecture (e.g., TOGAF), security (e.g., CISSP, CISM), or data/AI are highly desirable.
Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
