En tant que Vice President Technology Strategy, vous serez chargé(e) de définir et de mettre en œuvre la feuille de route technologique de l’entreprise. Ce rôle requiert une vision stratégique pour exploiter les données, ainsi que les technologies d’intelligence artificielle (IA) et d’apprentissage automatique (ML).

Responsabilités clés

Votre rôle sera fondamental dans plusieurs domaines :

Stratégie technologique holistique : Élaborer et exécuter une stratégie technologique alignée avec les objectifs commerciaux de Strawberry.
Architecture d’entreprise : Concevoir une architecture technologique évolutive et sécurisée, intégrant efficacement les capacités de données et d’IA.
Innovation en Data & AI : Évaluer et promouvoir des technologies émergentes, garantissant leur adoption pour maximiser la valeur commerciale et améliorer la prise de décision.
Sécurité et conformité : Mettre en place des politiques de sécurité robustes pour protéger les données et garantir leur intégrité.
Leadership et développement d’équipe : Construire et encadrer des équipes performantes dans des domaines clés tels que l’architecture et la sécurité.
Collaboration avec les parties prenantes : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec des leaders d’entreprise pour traduire leurs besoins en solutions technologiques sécurisées et évolutives.
Gestion financière : Superviser les budgets et les ressources technologiques, tout en garantissant un retour sur investissement optimal.
Conseil stratégique : Apporter des conseils avisés sur l’utilisation stratégique des données de l’entreprise et les enjeux liés à l’IA.

Profil recherché

Les candidats doivent posséder un ensemble de qualifications et d’expériences :

Formation : Diplôme en Informatique, Technologie de l’information ou domaine similaire, avec un accent sur la science des données et le ML.
Expérience : Plus de 15 ans d’expérience en leadership technologique, avec un focus sur la stratégie et la gestion des données.
Expertise : Connaissance des frameworks d’architecture d’entreprise, du cloud computing et des plateformes IA/ML.
Compétences en leadership : Capacité à engager efficacement des parties prenantes à tous les niveaux de l’organisation.
Éthique professionnelle : Esprit stratégique axé sur l’innovation, avec une approche éthique de l’utilisation de l’IA.

A strategic mindset, strong commercial understanding, and exceptional execution skills are crucial for success.What you will be doing:

Holistic Technology Strategy: Define and execute a comprehensive technology strategy across enterprise architecture, data platforms, infrastructure, and security, ensuring tight alignment with Strawberry’s business goals.
Enterprise Architecture: Lead the design and governance of our enterprise technology architecture, guaranteeing scalability, reliability, security, and the effective integration of data and AI capabilities across all solutions.
Data & AI Innovation: Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies, including AI and machine learning platforms, and championing their adoption to create business value, enhance decision-making, and strengthen security.
Security & Compliance: Establish and enforce robust security policies, standards, and a security-aware culture across all technology domains, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our data and systems.
Leadership & Team Development: Build, lead, and mentor high-performing teams in architecture, data, infrastructure, and security. Foster a culture of collaboration, technical excellence, and data-driven decision-making.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business leaders and the VP of Insights and Analytics to translate their needs into secure, scalable, and data-centric technology solutions and infrastructure requirements.
Financial Management: Manage budgets, resources, and vendor selections across your domains, ensuring optimal allocation, return on investment, and alignment with strategic goals.
Strategic Guidance: Provide expert counsel to senior management on the technology landscape, including the strategic use of company data and the potential and risks associated with AI and machine learning.

Who we think you are:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field with a strong emphasis on data science and machine learning.
15+ years of extensive experience in technology leadership, with a strong focus on strategy, architecture, infrastructure, security, and data management, including direct experience with AI/ML technologies.
A proven track record of developing and executing successful technology strategies and comprehensive security programs in a large, complex organization.
Deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF), cloud computing, data architecture, and AI/ML platforms (e.g., Azure ML, AWS SageMaker).
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with executive stakeholders and technical teams and articulate complex concepts in business terms.
Experience managing large, cross-functional teams and budgets.
A strategic mindset focused on innovation, continuous improvement, and the responsible and ethical application of AI.
Relevant certifications in architecture (e.g., TOGAF), security (e.g., CISSP, CISM), or data/AI are highly desirable.
Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
