Responsabilités et Missions
En tant qu’analyste, les responsabilités incluent la création d’applications, la vente et la livraison de solutions Oracle, notamment dans les domaines du design fonctionnel et technique, du développement d’applications et de la transformation des affaires. Les principales missions consistent à :
- Participer aux équipes d’implémentation de projets transversaux.
- Collaborer étroitement avec le Chef de Projet pour fournir des informations de statut précises.
- Travailler avec différents intervenants pour rassembler les exigences nécessaires pour les applications Oracle Cloud.
- Acquérir de nouvelles compétences grâce à des formations professionnelles, y compris une certification Oracle.
- Profiter d’opportunités de développement professionnel par le biais de voyages et de projets diversifiés.

Qualifications et Compétences Requises
Ce poste s’adresse aux jeunes diplômés, avec moins d’un an d’expérience professionnelle. Les critères suivants sont fortement préférés :
- Diplôme en comptabilité, finance, économie ou disciplines connexes.
- Compréhension des modules financiers (Général Ledger, Payables, etc.).
- Des compétences analytiques solides et maîtriser l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.
- Capacité avérée à résoudre des problèmes et à travailler sous pression.
- Volonté de s’engager dans ses tâches et de s’adapter aux changements.

In addition, you will contribute directly to the development of proposals, presentations, and publications.This role sits within the Oracle team of Deloitte Southeast Asia, which encompasses the Oracle Finance Module solutions respectively. As an Analyst, you will focus on application creation and drive the growth of our Oracle business in the region. You will also be responsible for the creation, sale, and delivery of Oracle solutions: Functional and Technical Design, Application & Systems Development, Business Transformation, etc.
- Analysts may need to be involved in cross-functional (functional and technical) project implementation teams
- Work with the Project Manager to provide timely and accurate project status information to our client’s PMO team, escalate project issues appropriately, and identify and share implementation best practices with them
- Work closely with different stakeholders to gather requirements for reports, interfaces, integrations, and conversions for Oracle Cloud applications.
- Acquire new skills as professional training will be provided (e.g. Oracle Certification) to position you as a skilled technologist.
- On-the-job learning will help you get up to speed.

Requirements:
- Fresh graduates with less than 1 year of work experience
- Strong academic degree / master in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related disciplines
- Understanding of financial modules (General Ledger, Payables, etc.) are preferred
- No Oracle experience is required as professional certification training is provided!
- Strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills in English, be self-motivated, and be able to work in stressful situations with changing priorities
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think out-of-the-box
- Possess drive, client focused and results oriented
- Proven demonstration of sound business acumen, teamwork, and leadership qualities.
- Willingness to work outside of office base
