Missions et Responsabilités
Le Représentant Médical aura pour principales missions :
- Formation : Compléter toutes les exigences de formation, y compris les examens de produit.
- Engagement : Engager un dialogue avec les professionnels de santé sur les indications approuvées et l’efficacité des produits.
- Stratégie Locale : Développer une stratégie locale et un plan commercial en collaboration avec le Responsable des Ventes.
- Performance Commerciale : Optimiser les performances en matière de ventes tout en respectant les prévisions et budgets.
- Connaissance du Marché : Avoir une connaissance approfondie des données démographiques et de marché relative à son territoire de vente.
- Conformité : Respecter toutes les réglementations concernant les interactions avec les professionnels de santé.

- Successfully complete all training requirements, including product examinations.
- Engage specialty healthcare professionals in dialogue about approved indications and product efficacy/safety profiles to support on-label prescribing for appropriate patients.
- Work with Sales Manager to develop a local strategy and business plan to meet or exceed sales and call execution goals in territory
- Drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts and assigned budgets meet or exceed therapeutic and territory expectations.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of market, demographic, and managed markets information relative to assigned sales territory.
- Comply with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals, distribution of samples, etc.
