Mission et Responsabilités

Titre du poste : Senior Project Manager (IT-Software)

En tant que Senior Project Manager, le candidat sera responsable de la gestion complète du cycle de vie des projets, en adoptant des méthodologies agiles. L’objectif principal est de réussir la livraison des projets tout en respectant les objectifs stratégiques de l’entreprise.

  • Gestion des parties prenantes : Engager les parties prenantes et clients pour recueillir les exigences et maintenir une communication fluide tout au long du projet.
  • Planification et exécution des projets : Élaborer des plans globaux et effectuer des évaluations de risques pour minimiser les obstacles éventuels.
  • Collaboration d’équipe : Faciliter les réunions quotidiennes et veiller à la bonne traduction des exigences en tâches concrètes.
  • Reporting et documentation : Préparer des rapports de mise à jour pour la direction, en documentant tous les processus pour référence future.
  • Allocation de ressources : Évaluer et allouer les ressources stratégiquement pour optimiser l’efficacité.
  • Gestion des risques : Identifier et aborder les risques de manière proactive pour assurer la continuité des projets.
  • Assurance qualité : Superviser le développement pour garantir que les normes de qualité soient respectées.
  • Amélioration continue : Instaurer une culture d’amélioration continue et de partage des connaissances parmi les membres de l’équipe.

Qualifications et Compétences Requises

  • Éducation : Diplôme en lien avec le poste ou expérience équivalente, avec certifications PMP, PMI ou CSM appréciées.
  • Expérience : Minimum de 7 ans d’expérience en gestion de projets, idéalement dans le développement logiciel.
  • Compétences techniques : Maîtrise des cadres agiles (Scrum, Kanban) et des outils de gestion de projet tels que Jira ou Azure DevOps.
  • Compétences interpersonnelles : Leadership, pensée critique et compétences en gestion du changement sont essentielles.

Project Planning and Execution:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the development team to translate project requirements into actionable tasks.
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure effective team collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Inspect, monitor, and troubleshoot project deliverables throughout the deployment process to optimize efficiency.

Reporting and Documentation:

Resource Allocation:

  • Optimize Resource Utilization: Continuously monitor resource usage and adjust allocations as necessary to maximize efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring that team members are engaged in tasks that align with their strengths and expertise.
  • Evaluate Resource Performance: Regularly assess the performance of allocated resources, providing feedback and support to team members to enhance productivity and address any challenges that may arise.

Risk and impediment management:

  • Ensure the Delivery of High-Quality Applications: Oversee the development process to guarantee that applications meet established quality standards and user requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance Team: Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure that the project complies with all relevant standards and passes all necessary quality assessments.

Continuous improvement:

  • Foster a Culture of Continuous Improvement: Cultivate an environment that encourages team members to embrace iterative progress and actively seek opportunities for enhancement. Promote the adoption of agile principles and best practices to drive efficiency and innovation in project execution.
  • Facilitate Regular Retrospectives: Organize and lead regular retrospectives to reflect on project outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and implement actionable insights that enhance team performance and project delivery.
  • Encourage Knowledge Sharing and Learning: Create platforms for team members to share experiences, lessons learned, and best practices, fostering a collaborative atmosphere that supports professional growth and continuous skill development.
  • Implement Feedback Loops: Establish mechanisms for gathering feedback from stakeholders and team members throughout the project lifecycle, using this information to make informed adjustments and improvements to processes and workflows.

QualificationsQualifications and skills

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, with PMP, PMI, or CSM certifications, is highly valued.
  • Work experience: Proven track record in agile project management within software development or similar agile-focused environments, with experience in both traditional project management and agile management approach.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean, as well as tools like Jira or Azure DevOps to manage backlog and project flow.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills: Strong leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, change management skill along with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Experience Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in project management, in software product development (REQUIRED).
  • In-depth understanding of the software development lifecycle and project management processes.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a must.
