Description du Poste

Le CVRM Account Specialist – MEKONG sera responsable de la gestion et du développement des relations commerciales avec les principaux groupes hospitaliers publics et privés, ainsi qu’avec les comptes industriels majeurs. Les responsabilités incluent :

  • Établir des relations durables avec les clients clés en tant qu’expert technique sur les produits de l’entreprise.
  • Éduquer et engager les professionnels de santé de manière scientifique sur l’efficacité et la sécurité des produits.
  • Développer et maintenir une connaissance approfondie du marché et des dynamiques démographiques locales.
  • Assurer le respect des réglementations et des normes de conformité lors des interactions avec les professionnels de santé.

Qualifications Requises

Exigences Essentielles :

  • Baccalauréat en pharmacie ou médecine.
  • Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience dans le secteur pharmaceutique.
  • Excellentes compétences en négociation et sens des affaires.
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression tout en maintenant une communication efficace.

Qualifications Souhaitables :

  • Expérience dans un poste similaire au sein d’une entreprise pharmaceutique multinationale.

  • Technical expert of specific company products, therapeutic classes or patient needs. Typically establishes long-term relationships with key customers.
  • Develop and manage commercial relationships and agreements with major public/private hospital groups and with major industrial accounts to maximize the business for AstraZeneca.
  • Interact with key customers in a highly scientific manner to effectively educate and engage healthcare professionals.
  • Successfully complete all training requirements, including product examinations before starting the job

Typical Accountabilities(bullet point list)1/ Territory management

  • Engage healthcare professionals in dialogue about approved indications and product efficacy/safety profiles to support on-label prescribing for appropriate patients.
  • Work with the Line Manager to develop a local strategy and business plan to meet or exceed performance and call execution goals in the assigned territory.
  • Drive performance and ensure forecasts and assigned budgets to meet or exceed therapeutic and territory expectations.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the market, demographics, and managed market information relative to assigned territory.

2/ Customer management

  • Identify Key Decision makers.
  • Maintain good relationships with key customers.
  • Ensure that AZ product input listing aligns with BU objective.
  • Keep updating market and customer information.

3/ Key account business planning

  • Regularly monitor business performance to ensure performance is in line with objectives.
  • Provides immediate solutions to address sudden changes in the market behaviour of targeted accounts.

4/ Compliance

  • Comply with all regulations and compliance including interactions with healthcare professionals, distribution of samples, etc.

Education, Qualifications, Skills and ExperienceEssential

  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy/medicine.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in pharmaceutical field.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Good business sense.
  • Initiative and enthusiasm.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure.
