Présentation du Poste

Le Senior Plant/Asset Manager sera chargé des opérations industrielles et des projets café en étroite collaboration avec le département qualité de LDC Logistics. Un accent particulier sera mis sur l’amélioration des processus, la gestion des personnes, la qualité des services, ainsi que la gestion de la maintenance et des projets.

Responsabilités Principales

  • Supervision des activités dans les domaines de responsabilité, en se concentrant sur l’amélioration opérationnelle et la réduction des coûts.
  • Surveillance des contrats des entrepôts tiers, y compris la gestion des coûts, des volumes et des conditions d’entrepôt.
  • Favoriser une culture d’amélioration continue au sein de l’équipe.
  • Établissement et contrôle du budget annuel de l’équipe.
  • Gestion des KPI et rapports transparents sur les opérations.
  • Collaboration avec les équipes de soutien pour offrir les meilleurs services.
  • Gestion des programmes de certification et de durabilité dans les opérations industrielles.

Qualifications Requises

  • 5 à 7 ans d’expérience en gestion d’actifs, en traitement du café vert, ou dans l’industrie des matières premières.
  • Compétences fortes en leadership et en travail d’équipe.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication en vietnamien et en anglais.

Strong performance in process improvements, people management, quality of services, SHE, maintenance management, projects and cost reduction would be required.Furthermore, he/ she will work with other areas of the Platform acting as a facilitator of the processes, proposing solutions and reducing bottlenecks, be responsible to report all industry KPIs, and, manage activities with government, customs, local department as Police/Fire Fighthing and near society related with Industry acitivities.

23 VSIP II-A Street No. 30, VSIP II-A, Tan Uyen, Binh DuongMain Responsibilities:Manage activities of the areas under your responsibility focusing on operational improvements, cost reduction and greater competitiveness for the business.Monitor contracts of third-party warehouses, including cost management, volumes, quality of services, inventory management and warehouse conditions;Instigate in the team the continuous improvement of processes. Manage the development of measurement and improvement tools and methodologies for operational and non-operational departments;Encourage optimization projects within their areas of responsibility, ensuring competitiveness and efficiency of operations;Manage relationship with support teams such as Supplies, IT, Legal, Execution, HR, Financial and other areas, in order to offer the best services for the Platform;Ensure the fulfillment of the demands coming from internal customers, minimizing the incidence of operational bottlenecks;Build and control, together with the team, the annual budget of the areas of your responsibility;Close monitoring of OPEX and CAPEX to guarantee good operational effect and delivery of physical and financial curves;Report results of the operations of receiving, processing, storage, blending, drying and shipping of all coffee assets and warehouses rented in Vietnam;Manage and report with transparency KPIs in the areas of your responsibility;Support in financial analysis of new discretionary projects and in the development/definition new asset improvements;Manage and monitor project deliveries ensuring quality, deadlines and budget;Manage quality department ensuring SLA according with external and internal clients.
