Our main drive is delivering product and solution campaigns with dynamic, customer-facing deliverables utilizing innovative approaches. We value each other’s professionalism and enthusiasm and enjoy solving complex challenges together.What you’ll be doingWe’re looking for someone who can design impactful branding material, within the Laerdal corporate identity, strategy and conceptual designs – you also need to be able to think through corporate/product events and activations. The ideal candidate is motivated, confident, and passionate; a well-crafted design portfolio will open doors for you.As part of the solution, we need someone willing to be at the forefront of shaping and amplifying our voice to make a change that will impact generations to come.
Our current Art Director will be on maternity leave until June 2026 and we are looking for a Senior Graphic designer to complement our team’s strategic operation in a temporary role or as freelancer. To ensure continuous delivery, we are looking for an individual to start as soon as possible.You will be working with:Our visual strategy, guidelines, templates, and, generally, being a proactive ambassador for graphical and web design to drive our business and mission goals
Further develop the visual identity elements of our guidelines with supporting templates and visual examples for how to apply the guidelines.Development of visual concepts and material (across formats; digital, print, social media and event/exhibition collateral). This may be booth design, infographics, campaign landing pages, microsites, print material, posters etc.
Present ideas and concepts to team and management
Uphold brand design strategy and guidelines with the support of the brand strategistIn general, being a proactive ambassador for our visual design to drive our business and mission goals.Who we envision would fit this roleWe realize that not all learning happens in a classroom. Experience, both in a professional and non-compensated capacity, can provide invaluable training and preparation. While we foresee our) temporary Senior Graphic Designer having a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in graphic design, further experience can supplement more formal qualifications.Additionally, you will possess the following qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge in and experience with Adobe suite (InDesign, Photoshop, illustrator, XD/Sketch)
  • A well-crafted design portfolio
  • Grasps communication and marketing concepts
  • Able to work in a team or on your own very comfortably
  • Understands customers with a service-minded orientation
  • Understand & be comfortable with potentially short deadlines
  • Aspires to learn and grow, particularly concerning emerging technologies and digital media platforms
  • Pushes the boundaries, examining the status quo for improvement
  • Ensures accuracy regarding execution and delivery with an unwavering attention to details
  • Enjoys sharing knowledge and insights with the rest of the organization
  • And it would be helpful to be fluent in English, written and oral
