Responsabilités Clés :

• Planification et Coordination des Livestreams : Superviser la planification et l’exécution des événements en direct, en s’assurant que tous les objectifs des marques soient atteints.
• Gestion Technique : Garantir le bon fonctionnement des aspects techniques du livestream : audio, vidéo, éclairage et configuration de l’équipement, tout en résolvant rapidement les problèmes éventuels.
• Communication & Collaboration : Maintenir une communication fluide avec les partenaires externes et assurer un suivi efficace tout au long de l’événement.
• Engagement du Public : Créer du contenu interactif pour stimuler l’engagement de l’audience et répondre aux préoccupations en temps réel.
• Activités Post-Événement : Analyser et compiler les données de performance et d’engagement pour optimiser les futurs événements.

Qualifications Requises :

• Formation : Diplôme en communication, production audiovisuelle ou domaine similaire (préféré).
• Expérience : Expérience avérée dans la coordination de livestreams ou la production d’événements.
• Compétences Techniques : Maîtriser les plateformes de livestreaming (YouTube, Facebook Live, Twitch) et les outils connexes.
• Compétences Organisationnelles : Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches sous pression et à trouver des solutions aux défis inattendus.
• Compétences en Communication : Aptitude à travailler efficacement en équipe.
• Connaissance des Outils de Production : Connaissance de base des outils de production et de montage vidéo (préféré).

Compétences Préférées :

• Expérience avec : Logiciels de streaming vidéo tels qu’OBS, Streamlabs, Wirecast.
• Connaissance : Stratégies d’engagement sur les médias sociaux.
• Passion : Pour la diffusion en direct et la création de contenu en ligne.

• Livestream Planning & Coordination:

• Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of livestream events.
• Coordinate schedules, resources to ensure livestreams run smoothly.
• Work with the brand to understand the event’s goals and ensure alignment with overall production plans.
• Technical Management:

• Ensure all technical aspects of the livestream (audio, video, lighting, equipment setup) are operational and optimized.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues during live broadcasts.
• Collaborate with the technical crew to set up livestream platforms, including video streaming software and hardware.
• Communication & Team Collaboration:

• Communicate with external vendors, partners, and stakeholders to coordinate livestream sessions.
• Ensure clear communication before, during, and after the livestream event to all involved parties.
• Content & Audience Engagement:

• Assist in creating engaging content and promote interactive elements (chat, polls, Q&A) to increase audience participation.
• Monitor live chat and interactions, responding to viewer questions and concerns in real-time.
• Analyze performance metrics and gather feedback to optimize future livestreams.
• Post-Livestream Activities:

• Assist in post-event analysis, including reviewing event performance, feedback, and audience engagement data.
• Coordinate the editing and publishing of recorded livestreams on appropriate platforms.
• Help prepare post-event reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media Production, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in livestream coordination or event production.
• Strong understanding of livestream platforms (e.g., YouTube, Facebook Live, Twitch) and technical tools used for streaming.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle unexpected challenges during live events.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of video production and editing tools (preferred).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with video streaming software (e.g., OBS, Streamlabs, Wirecast).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and engagement strategies.
• Passion for live broadcasting and online content creation.
