Description du Poste

Le poste de Wafer Probe Integration Engineer est une occasion unique de contribuer à la manière dont l’information se transforme en intelligence. Vous collaborerez au sein de la division des Test Solutions Engineering, au sein du Key Equipment Group (KEG), où vous aurez l’opportunité d’innover en créant des solutions spécifiques à des problématiques complexes liées aux équipements de probe wafers. Les responsabilités incluent :

• Déploiement d’équipements et de processus novateurs pour les *Wafer Probers* et les *Probe Cards*.
• Collaboration avec des équipes globales pour établir les meilleures pratiques en matière de wafers probes.
• Interaction avec des fournisseurs d’équipements afin de résoudre les problèmes de qualité et de performance.
• Établissement de métriques de fabrication pour améliorer en continu les performances des équipements.
• Développement et déploiement de nouvelles méthodes pour résoudre des problèmes de fabrication.
• Préparation et présentation d’informations aux équipes de fabrication et aux managers techniques.
• Voyages domestiques et internationaux selon les besoins.

Profil Recherché

Pour être éligible à ce poste, les candidats doivent posséder :

• Une solide compréhension des principes d’ingénierie mécanique et électrique.
• Des compétences en statistiques et en analyse de données.
• Un haut degré d’autonomie et la capacité de penser de manière indépendante.
• Des connaissances de base en logiciels de CAO 3D.
• Une flexibilité pour participer à des réunions en dehors des horaires habituels.

Éducation requise : Un diplôme de Bachelor en Ingénierie Électrique ou Mécanique est nécessaire.

If this sounds like you, then we have a marvelous opportunity for you!We are looking for Probe Integration Engineer’s at Micron Technology, Inc. within the Test Solutions Engineering Departments, Key Equipment Group (KEG). A typical day in this position allows you to be creative and innovate developing first-of-a-kind solutions that tackle sophisticated problems. You will have responsibilities for deploying and supporting Wafer Probe Equipment and Processes used in our manufacturing global locations. You will spend much of your time working on new technology and standardization of deployed Wafer Probe Operations processes in the advancement of Micron Probe roadmap.Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Deploy first-of-a-kind equipment and process capabilities through evaluations of Wafer Probers, Testers & Probe Cards
• Collaborate with global teams to establish and implement best-known methods for wafer probe.
• Engage equipment suppliers & vendors to address issues of quality and performance.
• Establish manufacturing metrics to drive continuous improvement of equipment performance and processes.
• Develop and deploy new methods or processes as vita to resolve manufacturing issues.
• Generate equipment specifications to meet safety and capability requirements of global manufacturing environments.
• Perform statistical analysis of manufacturing data to ensure that processes meet required quality standards.
• Effectively prepare and present information to manufacturing teams and Engineering Managers.
• Maintain a strong collaborative relationship with peer groups in other functional areas including Manufacturing, Test Engineering, Process Engineering, and Quality Assurance.
• Initiate and chair meetings with global manufacturing sites in support of your objectives.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required.

Qualifications:

• Excellent grasp of mechanical and electrical engineering fundamentals.
• Proficiency in statistics, data analysis, and design of experiments.
• High degree of self-initiative with an ability to think independently.
• The ability to prioritize multiple tasks concurrently and see them to conclusion based on a given timeline.
• Basic knowledge of 3D CAD software.
• Knowledge of semiconductor processes and semiconductor test
• Flexibility to accommodate off-shift meetings in other time zones.

Required Education:

• A Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
