Duties and responsibilities:

• Marketing:

• Request quotes and follow through to execution.
• Present and review monthly marketing expenses with the manager and follow up on corrections with finance.
• Prepare monthly marketing reports containing various statistics and figures.
• Prepare and reconcile monthly marketing expenses.
• Answer, filter or forward all marketing-related enquiries and view various marketing campaign catalogues, including price checks, spell checks and product photo checks.
• Coordinate embroidery and engraving for promotional items or clothing for events or sponsorships.
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for marketing-related projects.
• Event Management:

• Arrange and oversee events, including budget preparation and presentation.
• Assist in planning, organising, and attending events such as shooting events, in-store events (evenings), company partner collaboration events, golf days, and other company events.
• Ensure logistics, materials, and schedules are effectively managed.
• Take ownership and responsibility for all branding material such as banners, back walls, blimp barriers, etc.
