- Warranty claim audit and settlement
- Future warranty claim settlement
- Warranty claim policy formulation
- Warranty audit in the CEE area
- Claim quality issue collection and analysis

- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in mechanical engineering
- 3+ years of automobile warranty claim work experience with proven track records in the CEE
- Know the CEE regional regulatory requirements on warranty, claim, etc.
- Strong and accurate technical abilities
- Logical thinking and strong capability of problem analysis
- Good knowledge of operating automobile warranty & claim systems and process
- Strong communication skills
- Fluency in English and other languages would be advantageous
