Le poste de Wayfinding Design and Delivery Manager est stratégique : il implique la gestion de projets complexes destinés à améliorer l’expérience utilisateur au sein du réseau de transport public. Ce rôle exige non seulement des compétences en gestion, mais également une forte capacité à collaborer avec divers acteurs, tant internes qu’externes.
Vos Missions Principales
- Leadership : Diriger l’équipe de conception et de livraison en assurant le succès des projets de signalétique tout en optimisant l’expérience client.
- Gestion de Programme : Affiner les processus pour gérer les priorités, les budgets et les ressources pour que chaque projet soit livré dans les délais.
- Collaboration : Travailler avec le Product Owner et d’autres équipes pour s’assurer que les solutions de signalétique répondent aux besoins des utilisateurs.
- Renforcement des Relations : Établir des partenariats avec des fournisseurs externes pour garantir une coopération fluide et efficace.
Profil Recherché
Le candidat idéal doit posséder les compétences et qualifications suivantes :
- Formation : Un diplôme en management, commerce ou ingénierie.
- Certifications : Qualifications en gestion de projet (ex. PRINCE2, PMP).
- Expérience : Minimum 14-15 ans dans un rôle de leadership, notamment dans des environnements techniques et face au client.
- Orientation Client : Capacité à utiliser des données pour orienter la prise de décision.
- Compétences Relationnelles : Excellentes aptitudes à la communication et à la gestion des parties prenantes.

You’ll ensure that the wayfinding solutions we design and deliver make it easy for people to navigate their way around our public transport and active modes network in Tāmaki Makaurau.You’ll be responsible for leading AT’s Wayfinding Customer Experience design and delivery programme with a focus on end-to-end programme management, design standards, stakeholder engagement, procurement, contract and budget management.We’re looking for a high performing, respected leader with sound judgement to overcome the multiple user and infrastructure interface complexities. The role requires exceptional multi-faceted leadership and technical expertise including pioneering wayfinding solutions and outcomes, internally and externally.Key Tasks include:
- Providing leadership and direction to the Wayfinding Design & Delivery team to enable the successful planning and delivery of wayfinding projects across AT’s network in a way which optimises the customer experience.
- Implementing and refining processes to manage the wayfinding programme backlog, prioritise projects, allocate resources, manage budgets and procurement, track project progress and measure impact.
- Ensuring consistent wayfinding scoping, design, standards, asset management, renewals and delivery across the team and wayfinding programme.
- Working collaboratively with the Wayfinding Product Owner, Wayfinding Artworkers, Customer Experience Leads, Programme and Project Managers to plan, refine and manage the wayfinding programme.
- Working with project teams to provide expert advice on how best to deliver wayfinding solutions at public transport facilities and across the network which best meet customers’ needs, in line with design guidelines and CX best practice.
- Developing and strengthening relationships with external suppliers and partners such as Local Boards, Business Associations, other CCOs, strategy developers, graphic designers, manufacturers, and signage installers, to ensure consistent, collaborative working relationships.

- Bachelor’s degree in management, commerce or engineering.
- Project and/or programme management qualifications e.g. PRINCE2, Managing Successful Programmes, PMP, etc.
- Motivational and inspiring multi-faceted leader, coach and builder of effective and performing teams. Minimum 14-15 years’ leadership experience including management of technical and customer facing specialists in highly political environments.
- Customer focused approach, you use data and insights to enable customer-led decision making. Comfortable navigating incomplete data sets, ambiguity and applying sound judgement.
- Extensive experience in programme management including collaboration with designers, engineers and contractors resulting in a deep understanding of construction constraints and opportunities.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Adept at relationship-building, maintaining effective partnerships, and influencing without positional authority.
