Description du poste : Looking for your next big opportunity? We’ve got an exciting Procurement & Logistics Specialist role just for you! In this position, you will be supporting the organisation in maximizing value-for-money, driving innovation, and improving outcomes by coordinating and managing the sourcing of materials and support provided to different business units and categories.
- Research and evaluate potential vendors.
- Sourcing comparative quotes, compare and evaluate offers from suppliers and manage the procurement process.
- Negotiate pricing, quantity and delivery schedules products and delivery information.
- Maintain good relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain supplier data base and relevant software platforms e.g., Codex, Bassware, E-Attestations
- Updating vendor details in Codex and set up suppliers/sub-contractors in Codex following the supplier set up process.
- Maintain and update property portfolio as and when required in various software platforms e.g., Viareport, Nomos One.
- Maintain and update Bonds in Assura platform, raise relevant bonds to bond providers and provide support to business unit managers and project managers.
- Initiate spend analysis and possible cost saving initiatives with a focus on Sustainability.
- Liaising with clothing suppliers, PPE suppliers, staff discounts suppliers and administering staff access to various supplier platforms.
- Understanding and implementing the company health and safety policy and taking reasonable care of own health and safety and the health and safety of others.
- Setting a personal example on all matters of health and safety and participate in Perimeter worker participation practices.
Qualifications and Skills
- Technical qualifications or similar with procurement experience.
- CIPS qualified or working towards a CIPS qualification preferred but not necessary.
- Sufficient technical knowledge to liaise with suppliers and service providers.
- Computer literacy.
- Relationship management.
- Possess a high attention to detail.
- Effective verbal & written communication skills.
- A solid level of problem-solving skills.
- Ability to think outside the box, take initiative and be a self-starter.
