Tryg, le plus grand assureur non-vie en Scandinavie, cherche à renforcer son équipe avec un(e) Web Analytics Implementation Specialist. Ce poste s’adresse aux personnes ayant une expertise en analytique web et en gestion des balises ou à celles désireuses d’apprendre dans ce domaine dynamique.
Le candidat retenu sera chargé de développer la capacité de Tryg à collecter des données en ligne de manière standardisée et évolutive, en particulier dans le cadre de l’implémentation des méthodes de collecte de données pour les filiales suédoises.
Responsabilités Principales
- Mise en œuvre du gestionnaire de balises de Tryg (Tealium IQ) et de la plateforme de données clients (Tealium AudienceStream) sur le marché suédois, en définissant les tâches de développement et les besoins en données.
- Assistance aux autres unités commerciales et à divers projets de développement dans l’implémentation et la maintenance des solutions d’analytique web.
- Support dans l’exploitation de la plateforme de données clientèle pour générer de la valeur commerciale.
Profil Recherché
La personne idéale pour ce poste doit posséder un sens aigu du détail et une forte motivation pour travailler dans un environnement technique et spécialisé. Il est souhaitable d’avoir une expérience préalable en tant qu’analyste web, ainsi qu’une familiarité avec Tealium et Analytics. Cependant, l’aptitude et la volonté d’apprendre sont tout aussi importantes.
- Sens de la précision et capacité à livrer la bonne solution dès le premier essai.
- Aise dans la gestion de tâches relativement complexes impliquant plusieurs parties prenantes.
- Bonne communication et capacité à initier le dialogue pour expliquer les configurations techniques.
La diversité des expériences est appréciée ; les candidats ayant une formation en développement logiciel, marketing ou e-business sont encouragés à postuler, sans qu’il y ait d’exigences éducatives strictes.
À Propos de l’Entreprise
Le département d’analytique web et de martech de Tryg est une petite équipe de quatre spécialistes, jouant un rôle essentiel pour les neuf unités commerciales de l’entreprise à travers la Scandinavie. Les missions incluent la collecte de données en ligne, la mise en place de campagnes automatisées et des processus d’analyse. Ce poste offre donc des possibilités de développement vers des fonctions variées au sein de la structure de Tryg.

Then read on – something great awaits you!We’re looking for a new colleague who can help strengthen and develop Tryg’s ability to collect online data in a standardized way that is easy to scale and maintain. At the same time, we are about to implement Tryg’s data collection methods in our Swedish business units.About the Role | Web Analytics Implementation SpecialistYour primary responsibilities will include:
- Implementing Tryg’s tag manager (Tealium IQ) and CDP (Tealium AudienceStream) in the Swedish market by defining the development tasks, data requirements, and configuring the solutions to ensure proper functionality.
- Assisting the other business units and development projects with implementing and maintaining Tryg’s web analytics, data collection, content targeting, and digital marketing solutions.
- Supporting business units in leveraging Tryg’s Customer Data Platform, AudienceStream, to create business value.
You will take on these tasks in the role of an internal advisor, working closely with business stakeholders and assuming a high level of ownership. Therefore, attention to detail and a natural tendency to prevent small errors from becoming big issues are essential. It’s highly valuable that you can actively initiate dialogue and clearly communicate how our setup works and the opportunities it offers to each business unit.We focus on ensuring that the data we generate is not only useful but also actively applied in practice. Data must be accurate to be usable – and this requires that the business understands how to create value from it. It’s important that you get to know your stakeholders, and that you understand both usage practices and the associated technical requirements. The role is therefore both technical and specialized, but also broadly outward-facing with interactions across Tryg’s Nordic organization.You will also be responsible for:
- Further developing and maintaining Tryg’s online data collection.
- Assisting development projects and online departments in implementing Tryg’s tools and standards for web analytics, advertising, content targeting, etc.
- Facilitate automatic data validations and helping business owners understand how to apply the results in practice.
- Helping web departments and development projects get better at using Tryg’s martech, typically through targeted initiatives aimed at creating data integrations for personalized communication, gaining more insights about visitors, or delivering these insights where they add value.
About You | High Drive and Strong Attention to DetailWe imagine that you have experience as a web analyst, and it would be an advantage if you have experience with implementation/tag management-especially with Tealium and Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics. If not, we still want to hear from you! The most important factors are your motivation to work in this field and your ability and willingness to learn.If you have experience with other types of marketing technology, such as CRM systems, data management solutions, DMPs, reporting tools, or similar, please include this in your application.You will be working in a field that is quite technical and specialized. There is a lot to learn – but we’ll help you, as we’ve designed most of the setup we use ourselves.To succeed in the role, it’s an advantage if you have some of the following qualities:
