Description du Poste
KILTER recherche un Senior Full Stack Engineer spécialisé en IoT pour rejoindre son équipe d’ingénierie. Vous aurez pour mission de construire l’infrastructure logicielle qui connecte les agriculteurs à leurs systèmes autonomes, en concevant des expériences fluides à travers des applications web et mobiles.
Responsabilités Principales
En tant que Senior Full Stack Engineer, vous serez amené à :
- Concevoir des API backend scalables et des pipelines de données pour les opérations agricoles, ainsi que pour les données et l’analyse des capteurs (l’outil principal étant Node.js).
- Développer et maintenir des bases de données relationnelles et de séries temporelles, comme PostgreSQL et Timescale.
- Architecturer et développer des solutions IoT garantissant une connectivité robuste et sécurisée entre les robots et les services cloud (MQTT, websockets ou similaires).
- Créer des interfaces web en React pour la gestion des champs et la visualisation des données.
- Produire des applications mobiles en Flutter pour un accès à distance et des notifications.
Profil Recherché
Les candidats doivent posséder :
- Une expérience significative avec React et Node.js, ainsi qu’une familiarité avec les frameworks modernes frontend et backend.
- Une capacité à rédiger des requêtes SQL pour PostgreSQL.
- Une expérience pratique en applications IoT ou un désir d’apprendre dans ce domaine.
- Un souci de la qualité du code de production et une appréciation pour la collaboration et la communication claire.
- Un intérêt pour l’agriculture, la durabilité et les technologies ayant un impact réel.
Critères de Séniorité :
- Au moins 3 ans d’expérience en logique backend et API, comprenant Node.js.
- Deux à trois ans d’expérience avec React ou des frameworks frontend modernes.
- Aisance avec Docker et des modèles de déploiement cloud-natifs.

Using advanced AI and patented nozzle technology, AX-1 precisely targets weeds without harming crops or soil—reducing herbicide use by 95% and increasing crop yield by up to 35%.We combine IoT connectivity, data analytics, and intuitive user interfaces to give farmers better control, better insights, and better results, right from the field.🌱 We’re growing, and we’re now seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer with IoT expertise to join our engineering team working on the AX-1 agricultural robot platform.You’ll build the software infrastructure that connects farmers with their autonomous systems, creating seamless experiences across web and mobile applications.What will you do as Senior Fullstack Engineer at Kilter?
As Senior Full Stack Engineer, you’ll work across the stack to build and maintain the systems that power AX-1 in the field and in the cloud. That includes:Designing scalable backend APIs and data pipelines for farm operations, sensor data and analytics (Node.js is our go-to tool).Developing and maintaining relational and time series databases (PostgreSQL/Timescale).Architect and develop IOT solutions that maintain robust and secure connectivity between robots and cloud services (MQTT, websockets or similar).Building web interfaces in React for monitoring, field management and visualization.Creating mobile apps in Flutter for remote access, notifications and a virtual joystick to control cool robots!🤚 You don’t have to tick every box from day one, but you should be comfortable working across domains, and curious about building reliable systems that work far away from your dev machine. 🌟 We think you will thrive with us if you:Enjoy working across the stack, and like building systems that go all the way from backend APIs to user-facing apps.Have solid experience with React and Node.js and know your way around modern frontend and backend frameworks.Are comfortable curving out SQL queries for PostgreSQL.Have hands-on experience with IoT applications or are excited to learn.Know how to write maintainable, production-grade code, and care about getting it right.Appreciate good collaboration and clear communication, whether it’s with fellow engineers or other disciplines.Are curious about agriculture, sustainability, robotics or just building tech that has a real-world impact. 🌟 Bonus points if you also have:Experience with Flutter and mobile app development.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure or GCP, or other DevOps-like experience.Worked with GPS, mapping technologies or geospatial data or other things that is relevant to outdoor robots.A good sense of security best practices for IOT systems. 🧩 You most likely have:At least 3 years of experience working on backend logic and APIs, preferably with some NodeJS.At least 3 years of experience working with React or similar modern frontend frameworks.Solid experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.Experience with Docker, containerization and cloud-native deployment patterns.Familiarity with Git, code reviews and collaborative development workflows.
