- Solid experience in Active Directory (AD), Clusters and PKI Certificate Authorities;
- Experience in Windows system administration;
- Experience in Active Directory (domain replication, RODC, DNS, DHCP, trusts);
- Experience with virtualization platforms: VMware and Hyper-V;
- Knowledge of backup procedures and software such as Networker, VEEAM or Data Protector;
- Familiarity with network protocols and principles;
- Overview of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, backups);
- Good communication skills in English (required).
Main functions:
- 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support for solutions implemented for clients;
- Server infrastructure management (physical and virtual);
- Collaboration on global projects;
- Participation in the On-Call service;
- Daily level 2/3 support (L2/L3);
- Support in preparing proposals, designing solutions and communicating with clients.
