Description du Poste
Le poste d’Entraîneur de Gardiens de But pour le football féminin est temporaire et d’une durée de trois mois. L’entraîneur assistant aura pour mission d’assister le Head Coach de l’équipe de soccer féminin dans l’organisation et la gestion des différentes phases d’un programme de soccer au niveau NCAA Division I. Les responsabilités incluent le recrutement, la gestion des déplacements, et l’accompagnement académique des athlètes.
Responsabilités Principales
- Planifier et diriger des séances d’entraînement spécifiques aux gardiens de but tout en intégrant celles-ci dans le calendrier général de l’équipe.
- Se concentrer sur des aspects cruciaux tels que l’arrêt de tirs, la distribution, la positionnement, et la communication.
- Analyser la performance des gardiens par le biais de vidéos lors des entraînements et des matches.
- Soutenir le développement physique et mental des gardiens, en favorisant leur confiance et leur préparation.
- Collaborer avec le Head Coach et l’équipe de performance pour surveiller la condition physique et prévenir les blessures.
- Fournir un feedback personnalisé aux gardiens chaque semaine.
Exigences du Poste
Pour postuler, le candidat doit posséder un diplôme universitaire et a idéalement une expérience dans le cadre d’une équipe sportive de Division I ou au niveau professionnel. Une expérience de trois ans en tant qu’entraîneur de gardiens est requise, ainsi qu’une sensibilité culturelle pour travailler avec une population étudiante diverse.

This is a temporary, 3-month position.
The Women’s Soccer Assistant Coach is responsible for assisting the Head Coach in organizing and managing all phases of a Division I Soccer program, including recruiting, team travel, strength and conditioning, student-athlete academic monitoring, public speaking, competition scheduling, budget management, and community/donor relations.Brief Description of DutiesPlan and lead all goalkeeper-specific training sessions, integrated within the broader team schedule
Focus on shot-stopping, distribution, positioning, communication, set pieces, and decision-making
Conduct video analysis of goalkeeper performance during training and matches
Support goalkeepers in physical preparation, mental focus, and confidence building
Collaborate with the Head Coach and Sports & Performance Coach to monitor fitness, injury prevention, and recovery
Assist with scouting opposition goalkeepers
Provide individual feedback to goalkeepers weekly and set personalized development goals
Assist with academic and personal well-being of student-athletes.
Must be committed to the academic goals of the university and follow the rules and guidelines set forth by the NCAA and the Mountain West Conference
