Description du poste : Employer DescriptionBoutique inbound tour operatorJob DescriptionOur client is looking for a self-driven, trend-sensitive and creative Digital Marketing Specialist who can confidently work across digital platforms and support the sales team with fresh, compelling content. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives on initiative and isnt afraid to experiment and evolve with the fast-paced digital travel landscape.Key Responsibilities:Trend Research & Implementation:
- Proactively research, anticipate and apply the latest social media trends and digital marketing strategies specific to the travel and tourism industry
- Research and adapt e-flyer styles, templates and other trending formats for promotional campaigns
- Identify and implement trending advertising approaches to boost brand visibility
Content Creation & Analysis:
- Utilize tour operators library of videos and images to design impactful, engaging content
- Create and schedule content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Analyze campaign performance and content effectiveness and make strategic adjustments accordingly
Sales Support:
- Assist sales consultants with visual presentations, incorporating videos and digital elements
- Design high-quality, on-brand marketing assets and pitch decks for client presentations
Tech Savvy & App Exploration:
- Be comfortable working across content creation tools, editing software, and scheduling platforms
- Constantly research and suggest new apps/tools that simplify or enhance content production
Proactive Learning & Idea Generation:
- Take ownership of your role bring new ideas to the table, stay ahead of trends, and experiment with new approaches
- Be willing to learn new digital tools, and enhance your own skill set without waiting for instruction
Qualifications
- Digital Marketing qualification or similar
- Minimum 23 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in travel or hospitality
- Proven experience with social media management, content creation and campaign analysis
- Proficient in Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, WordPress or similar content editing tools
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and email marketing platforms is a plus
Skills
- Strong research skills with a keen eye for visual trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
