This role involves providing outstanding service to our European clients in English, with a preference for candidates who also speak one or more of the following languages:
- German
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
- Assist customers with orders, returns, and product inquiries.
- Handle issues professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex cases.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

Requirements:
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken).
