This role involves providing outstanding service to our European clients in English, with a preference for candidates who also speak one or more of the following languages:

  • German

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
  • Assist customers with orders, returns, and product inquiries.
  • Handle issues professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex cases.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
