– 新竹縣竹北市台元一街 (台元科學園區內)【Essential duties and Responsibilities】
– Assist the Head of Marketing in coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects.
– Monitor project timelines and budgets, providing regular updates to the department head.
– Organize and facilitate meetings, preparing agendas and documenting minutes.
– Develop, write, and edit marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, press releases, and social media content.
– Ensure all written content aligns with the brand voice and marketing objectives.
– Manage content calendars and ensure timely publication of marketing materials.
– Provide administrative support to the Head of Marketing as needed.
– Foster a collaborative environment within the marketing team.【Qualifications】
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on project coordination and content creation.
– Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a portfolio of published work.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
– Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing platforms, social media management tools).
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
