Description du Poste

Ce poste revêt plusieurs responsabilités clés :

• Assurance qualité : Supervision des licences de gros et garantie que la distribution de gaz médicaux respecte les spécifications, la Directive européenne sur le bon fonctionnement des pratiques de distribution (EU GDP) et l’autorisation de mise sur le marché (MA).
• Coordination avec les agences locales : Acte en tant que point de contact principal pour les autorités locales en matière d’activités de gros.
• Système de gestion de la qualité : Gestion du système de gestion de la qualité (QMS) et du système de gestion de la pharmacovigilance.
• Surveillance des processus : Gestion des audits internes, des enquêtes sur les plaintes, de la gestion des changements, des rappels, et de la validation.
• Support et formation : Fournit une assistance et des conseils en ce qui concerne le bon fonctionnement des pratiques de distribution (GDP) et la pharmacovigilance.
• Audits GxP : Réalisation d’audits, de revues et d’inspections conformes aux bonnes pratiques.
• Rapport sur la pharmacovigilance : Rapidité et précision dans le rapport des événements de pharmacovigilance à l’équipe de sécurité mondiale.
• Éventuelle qualification en tant que Personne Qualifiée : Support à l’organisation de fabrication pour assurer la sécurité des patients en validant les matières premières et les produits finis.

Profil Recherché

Le candidat idéal doit posséder les compétences et qualifications suivantes :

• Formation : Diplôme de master en pharmacie ou équivalent d’une université finlandaise (titre: proviisori).
• Expérience : Au moins deux ans d’expérience en GDP et/ou GMP.
• Connaissances : Solides connaissances sur la gestion de la qualité et les exigences des autorités locales.
• Compétences personnelles : Profil analytique, organisé et proactif, capable de travailler en équipe à l’international.
• Compétences linguistiques : Maîtrise du finnois et excellente communication écrite et orale en anglais.

• This position covers the roles of Quality Assurance (QA), Responsible Person (RP) for the pharmaceutical wholesale licenses and Local Vigilance Officer (LVO)
• You will be responsible for the Wholesales licenses to ensure distribution of medical gases according to specifications, EU GDP and Market authorization (MA) and act as the contact person to local Medicines agency regarding wholesale activities
• You will be responsible for the local Quality Management System (QMS) and Pharmacovigilance Management System
• You will also monitor and manage quality processes such as; complaint/deviation investigations, change management, recall, risk management, document management, internal audit and validation
• You will be providing support, training and advice in GDP and Pharmacovigilance to the business and operations through active participation
• You will perform GxP audits, reviews and inspections
• You will be accountable for the supplier qualifications
• As the LVO you are responsible for timely and accurate reporting of pharmacovigilance events and medical inquiries to the Global Safety team inquiries and perform regular reconciliations of activities
• You will act as the contact person towards the local Medicines agency regarding pharmacovigilance activities
• Possibility to work as Qualified Person (QP), here you will be supporting the manufacturing organization to ensure patient safety by releasing raw materials and finished product in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). QP tasks can be started once training & qualification is completed

What makes you great

• You have master’s degree in pharmacy, Finnish University (title: proviisori)
• Experience from GDP and/or GMP for minimum of 2 years
• You also have good knowledge about quality management and local authority requirements
• In addition, you are a driven, supportive, organized and analytical person
• Active partner in teamwork across national borders
• You have good communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in Finnish and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
