Description du poste

Le poste proposé est celui d’Account Manager – eCommerce B2B2C au sein du département eCommerce de Harman pour la région EMEA, basé à Amsterdam. Responsabilités clés

En tant qu’Account Manager, le candidat sera co-responsable de :

  • Conduite de la croissance des ventes et de l’excellence opérationnelle à l’échelle EMEA.
  • Gestion et optimisation des partenariats de vente en ligne, en mettant l’accent sur la catégorie de personnalisation des produits.
  • Collaboration avec les équipes d’eCommerce direct, sièges régionaux, et partenaires tiers.
  • Développement de stratégies marketing orientées vers le consommateur et ajustement de l’assortiment de produits.
  • Surveillance des tendances de marché concurrentiel pour identifier les opportunités de croissance.

Conditions requises

Pour réussir dans ce rôle, les candidats doivent avoir :

  • Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience dans la gestion de comptes eCommerce, idéalement dans l’électronique grand public ou les industries FMCG.
  • Un solide savoir-faire en dynamique B2B2C, y compris le commerce numérique et la gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement.
  • Des compétences éprouvées en communication, avec une maîtrise de l’anglais ; d’autres langues sont un atout.
  • Une maîtrise des outils modernes d’inventaire et des compétences analytiques solides.

About the Role:As the Account Manager – eCommerce B2B2C, you will be co-responsible for driving sales growth, commercial strategy, and operational excellence across the EMEA region. Your primary focus will be on managing and optimizing key online sales partnerships for our Product Personalization category, ensuring a stable performance stream between bulk orders and B2C end consumers.You will collaborate closely with the direct eCommerce team, regional headquarters, local account managers, and cross-functional teams to develop a harmonized sales and operational plan. Additionally, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with both internal and external key stakeholders, including (but not limited to) local sales teams, third-party printing partners, and digital marketing teams.This role is essential in driving sales performance through promotional planning, product assortment optimization, marketing efficiencies, and data-driven decision-making. You will report to the eCommerce Manager B2B2C, with no direct reports.What You Will Do:

  • Collaborate with Customer Support and local Key Account Managers to manage and optimize Product Personalization sales through B2B partners and direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels.
  • Oversee merchandising and promotional activities across multiple online platforms, ensuring a competitive and appealing product presentation.
  • Develop sell-out-focused marketing strategies, aligning with both B2B partner objectives and direct consumer demand.
  • Work closely with your manager and operations and demand planning teams to maintain product availability and inventory efficiency.
  • Support forecasting and demand planning for B2B distribution and direct import models.
  • Partner with merchandising and performance teams to enhance product visibility, conversion rates, and overall sales growth.
  • Monitor and report on competitive market trends, identifying opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Provide monthly performance reports, tracking key sales and marketing metrics to optimize eCommerce strategies.

What You Need to Be Successful:

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or eCommerce account management within the Consumer Electronics, high-tech, or FMCG industries.
  • Strong knowledge of eCommerce B2B2C dynamics, including digital retail, and supply chain management.
  • Experience managing B2B customers, distributors, or business partners across the EMEA region.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and oral); additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency in modern inventory and replenishment tools, as well as strong analytical skills using MS Office and eCommerce analytics platforms.
