Description du poste : About the roleAre you looking to kickstart your accounting career while working part-time at one of Europe’s fastest-growing e-commerce enablers? Join our global Finance team and play a key role in ensuring smooth invoice handling across Instabee’s expanding operations. This is a part-time role with the possibility to work full-time during peak holiday periods like Christmas and summer.Some of the things you’ll do
- Verify and record vendor invoices for Swedish and non-Swedish Instabee entities
- Book vendor payments and manage payment processes
- Liaise with vendors and internal teams regarding invoice and payment questions
- Follow up on customer invoice matters and ensure timely resolutions
- Collaborate closely with colleagues in the accounting and controlling teams
