Mission principale : Le poste proposé requiert une approche méticuleuse pour garantir des rapports financiers précis et conformes grâce à une collaboration efficace avec diverses équipes, y compris les services fiscaux et les auditeurs externes.

Responsabilités clés :

• Préparer des états financiers tout en assurant un reporting conforme aux normes internes et externes.
• Consolider les données financières de plusieurs entités et accompagner les audits internes et externes.
• Maintenir l’intégrité des informations financières.
• Appliquer les politiques comptables et prendre des décisions éclairées sur des situations complexes.
• Surveiller l’efficacité des cadres de contrôle interne.
• Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de Tax, Trésorerie et FP&A lors des clôtures mensuelles et annuelles.
• Encourager les initiatives d’amélioration continue et partager l’expertise comptable.
• Coopérer avec les parties prenantes externes et les auditeurs.
• Éventuellement voyager (jusqu’à 5%) pour des réunions internes ou des audits.

Profil recherché

Le candidat idéal est un professionnel comptable *fiable et proactif*, possédant une solide compréhension des normes de reporting financier. Il doit être capable de gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement dynamique. Les exigences incluent :

• Diplôme en finance, comptabilité ou domaine connexe.
• Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience dans un rôle comptable similaire.
• Expertise en normes UoR, IFRS et en fiscalité polonaise.
• Maîtrise de SAP et de Microsoft Office.
• Anglais et polonais à un niveau professionnel.
• Compétences analytiques, de communication et de gestion du temps excellentes.
• Une approche *flexible et axée sur l’amélioration continue*.

📝 Description du poste : ​About the Role:We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant, Accounting & Reporting to join our team on a fixed-term maternity cover basis. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and compliant financial reporting across the CEE region. You will work closely with local finance teams, shared service centers, and external auditors, and support cross-functional collaboration with departments such as Tax, Treasury, and FP&A. This position offers a dynamic environment with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing.Key responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements and ensure timely, accurate reporting in compliance with internal and external standards.
• Consolidate financial data for multiple entities and support internal/external audits.
• Maintain the quality, consistency, and integrity of financial information.
• Apply accounting policies and make judgment-based decisions on complex issues.
• Oversee internal control frameworks and ensure their effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Tax, Treasury, FP&A, and Shared Services during month-end and year-end closing.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and share accounting expertise across teams.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders and auditors as needed.
• Occasionally travel (up to 5%) for internal meetings, training, or audits.

About You:You are a reliable and proactive accounting professional with a strong understanding of financial reporting standards and a passion for accuracy. You thrive in a collaborative, international environment and are comfortable managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.You bring:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
• Strong knowledge of UoR, IFRS, and Polish tax law (CIT, WHT).
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Business-level English and Polish (written and spoken).
• Experience in multinational environments (a plus).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and time management skills.
• A hands-on, flexible, and improvement-driven mindset.
