Description du Poste
Le Technical Services Manager aura la responsabilité de superviser l’ensemble des activités techniques, avec un accent particulier sur :
- Déploiement de Systèmes Internes : Garantir la mise en place efficace des systèmes internes pour la planification et la gestion de la maintenance.
- Gestion de l’Équipe Technique : Encadrer un personnel diversifié composé de techniciens qualifiés, semi-qualifiés et non qualifiés.
- Maintenance Préventive et Reactive : Organiser et planifier les travaux de maintenance préventive tout en gérant les urgences liées aux pannes.
- Gestion Budgétaire : Maintenir un suivi financier rigoureux et assurer le respect des budgets alloués.
- Conformité Réglementaire : Assurer le respect des législations en matière de santé et de sécurité.
- Éducation et Formation : Organiser des séances d’entraînement pour le personnel, en mettant l’accent sur la sécurité et la performance technique.
Objectifs Clés
Les responsabilités liées à ce rôle incluent :
- Planification Stratégique : Élaborer des procédures de maintenance tout en coordonnant les travaux au niveau de l’équipe.
- Gestion des Stocks : Assurer le suivi et la prévision des fournitures et équipements nécessaires.
- Collaboration avec les Sous-traitants : Maintenir une communication efficace pour une planification synchronisée des opérations.
- Réduction des Risques : Mettre en œuvre des plans proactifs de gestion des risques et des plans de continuité des activités.
- Inspections Régulières : Garantir le maintien des normes d’hygiène et de sécurité dans toutes les zones opérationnelles.
Qualifications et Compétences
Pour exceller dans ce poste, le candidat idéal devra démontrer :
- Une solide expérience en gestion technique, particulièrement dans un environnement similaire.
- Des compétences éprouvées en leadership et en gestion d’équipe.
- Une maîtrise des systèmes de gestion de maintenance assistée par ordinateur (CMMS).
- Une excellente capacité à gérer des budgets et à maintenir des enregistrements financiers.
- Des compétences en communication pour interagir efficacement avec divers intervenants.

📝 Description du poste : Job Responsibilities
- Drive the deployment of the internal system to ensure:
- Planning and Scheduling of preventative maintenance schedules.
- Record keeping for any reactive and preventative work.
- Planning and scheduling of day-to-day repair work.
- Ensure Asset Register of all Equipment.
- Ensure Accurate Depreciation of all Assets and other Equipment.
- Planning and delivering scheduled maintenance work and responding to breakdowns.
- Managing the technical staff, composed of skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled technicians and labourers.
- Creating a high performing team by assessing and proposing development plan.
- Managing budgets and maintaining statistical and financial records.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
- Creating maintenance procedures.
- Managing stocks of supplies and equipment and its forecast.
- Communication, liaison & planning with subcontractors.
- Shift and ‘on-call’ work may be required (24-hour operation).
- Ensures project management teams and contractors successfully execute on all project/preventative maintenance aspects including scope and budget.
- Manages project resources accordingly within a budget(s).
- Negotiates contracts with new vendors and suppliers.
- Implements proactive risk management plans and assists in developing long-term contingency plans.
- Provide incident report and technical faults root cause.
- Provides technical expertise in emergency situations and develops and implements business continuity/ disaster recovery plans.
- Conduct periodical staff meetings that incorporate the use of safety and technical training sessions, presenting material in a manner that fosters understanding and willingness to learn by the participants.
- Foster and encourage teamwork among team members and associates.
- Effectively coordinate the activities of others in order to meet goals and objectives.
- Effectively schedule the work of others to complete operations, programs, or activities.
- Report any defective materials in a timely manner in order to avoid any disruption in the delivery of services.
- Conduct inspections of all areas ensuring upkeep of good hygiene standards.
- Develops coaching, training and development plans for project/ work team within own technical/ project portfolio.
- Resolves project/ technical issues and management issues of substantive complexity/ risk/ impact.
- Manage and control the assets history.
- Drive the deployment of system at site and its day-to-day management afterward.
- Lead the implementation of a CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) system with the support of the Group HQ.
- Maintain on the day to day the system to stay live and compliant.
- Support the establishment of the yearly capex plan with regards to the renovation, maintenance and extension projects.
