En quoi consiste le rôle ?
Les « Tutor Assistants » jouent un rôle crucial dans l’expérience d’apprentissage du programme d’AI Automation. Ils accompagnent les étudiants, facilitent leur progression, et offrent des retours constructifs sur leurs travaux. Ce poste exige une collaboration étroite avec les tuteurs experts et l’équipe de soutien aux étudiants, afin de s’assurer que chaque apprenant se sente guidé et encouragé.
Responsabilités principales :
- Évaluer les projets des étudiants, en fournissant des retours clairs et constructifs sur leurs solutions.
- Répondre aux questions des étudiants sur la plateforme TripleTen Hub, les aidant à avancer dans leur apprentissage.
- Organiser des sessions informelles de type « Co-working Hours » où les étudiants peuvent poser des questions et obtenir de l’aide.
- Accompagner les étudiants dans la compréhension des concepts et outils d’automatisation enseignés dans le programme.
- Favoriser un environnement d’apprentissage positif et collaboratif par une communication respectueuse et motivante.

- Rémunération : 2 300 $ par mois.

Horaires de travail :
- Option 1 : Mardi-Samedi 17:00-01:00 EST

Conditions et exigences :
- Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience dans la conception et la mise en œuvre de solutions d’automatisation, idéalement dans le marketing, le service client ou le secteur technologique.
- Compréhension solide de l’application de l’IA pour optimiser des processus concrets, notamment dans le secteur technologique ou marketing.
- Expérience en support par les pairs, tutorat ou mentorat.
- Compétences en communication écrite et verbale; capacité à expliquer des idées de manière claire et bienveillante.
- Disponibilité pour travailler à temps plein en fonction des fuseaux horaires américains.

They help students stay on track, provide timely and constructive feedback on their work, and support them in building both technical and professional skills throughout their journey.Tutor Assistants work closely with Expert Tutors and the student support team to ensure students feel guided, encouraged, and empowered to grow.What you will do:As a Tutor Assistant, you’ll support students by providing both asynchronous and synchronous guidance, including:
- Reviewing and evaluating student projects, offering clear, actionable, and encouraging feedback on their solutions.
- Answering student questions on the Tripleten Hub ****(Circle) to help them move forward when they’re stuck or confused.
- Hosting short, informal sessions like Co-working Hours, where students can drop in, ask questions, and get help with their current tasks.
- Supporting students in understanding automation concepts, tools, and use cases covered in the program.
- Encouraging a positive and collaborative learning environment through timely, respectful, and motivating communication.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain ideas clearly and kindly.
- Willing to work full-time aligned with US time zones.
