AmCham Slovakia est en quête d’un nouvel membre d’équipe, un Coordinateur PR et Médias. Ce poste est conçu pour un individu dynamique et motivé qui souhaite contribuer au climat des affaires en Slovaquie. Les candidats doivent démontrer un esprit d’initiative et une volonté de travailler de manière autonome tout en étant un bon camarade d’équipe.
Responsabilités principales
Le Coordinateur PR et Médias est chargé des missions suivantes :
- Élaboration de la stratégie de communication externe : Concevoir une approche moderne et visuellement attrayante.
- Promotion des initiatives stratégiques : Travailler sur des sujets tels que l’innovation, l’état de droit, l’éducation et le développement régional.
- Relations avec les médias : Interagir avec des journalistes de divers médias (presse, radio, télévision, en ligne).
- Création de contenu : Produire du contenu sous différents formats (écrit, audio, vidéo).
- Veille médiatique : Suivre l’actualité slovène et les tendances politiques et commerciales.
- Gestion des réseaux sociaux : Animer les comptes LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter et Instagram.
Exigences
Les candidats doivent être titulaires d’un diplôme (Bac +3 minimum), idéalement en journalisme, marketing, communication médiatique ou domaines connexes. Une maîtrise serait un atout supplémentaire.
Compétences linguistiques :
Slovaque : Maîtrise (C2) | Anglais : Avancé (C1)
Qualifications requises :
- Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience en communication, marketing ou relations publiques.
- Compétences en rédaction de communiqués de presse et établissement de bonnes relations avec les médias.
- Personnalité proactive, créative et capable de travailler indépendamment tout en restant un bon collaborateur.
Outils et compétences en médias sociaux :
- Maîtrise de Google Analytics et d’outils de création comme Filmora ou Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Bonnes compétences en publicité sur les réseaux sociaux.

- Designing external communication strategy
- Promotion of strategic pillars initiatives related to innovation, rule of law, talent & education, and regional development
- Working individually with journalists from various media – contacts print, radio, television, and online media sources to offer interesting and current policy content which AmCham produces.
- Pro-active communication, content creation (written, audio & video)
- Monitoring of the Slovak press and media outcomes, keeping overview of Slovak policy and business trends • Actively search for media partnerships
- Project Leader for PODCAST – AmCHAT with business leaders:
- Organizing press conferences, press points, and press briefings that are related to economic, social, healthcare, educational, and other important topics
- Preparing Press Releases that are tight to AmCham events or other AmCham efforts and initiatives, all in cooperation with AmCham Policy Team
- Ensuring media visibility of key experts for the professional public and the business community
- Managing social media channels – LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram

Personality requirements and skillsKEY SKILLS required for this position are:
- At least at least 3 years of previous experience in Communication/Marketing/PR and media.
- Writing press releases, inviting, cooperating and creating a positive relationship with journalists and media experts.
- Able to communicate effectively in formal and informal way, must have professional written and oral communication skills, write reports, press releases and other products.
- Outgoing, motivated and communicative personality.
- Strategic thinking and consultancy approach.
- Creative person who can work independently and proactively and at the same time a good team player.
TOOLS which you should know how to use:

- Filmora, Canva, Abobe Premiere Pro or other visualization tools
SOCIAL MEDIA skills:
- Good command of using social media as Facebook Ad, Instagram, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
