Vos responsabilités
Le candidat sélectionné pour ce poste d’Acheteur Associé en Approvisionnement sera responsable de plusieurs tâches clés :
- Gestion des relations avec des fournisseurs spécifiques au sein d’une catégorie.
- Supervision des horaires et des bons de commande, garantissant une livraison à temps et conforme aux normes de qualité.
- Préparation de commandes d’achat, travaillant sous un encadrement général.
- Compilation de propositions tarifaires et de rapports financiers pour faciliter des prix compétitifs.
- Maintien de bonnes relations avec les fournisseurs, essentiel pour les opérations harmonieuses.
- Participation à des réunions de groupe et à des formations nécessaires.
Ce poste peut nécessiter des déplacements allant jusqu’à 10 % en fonction des besoins de l’entreprise et nécessite une maîtrise de l’anglais pour communiquer efficacement avec les collègues et les clients.
Qualifications requises
Pour postuler, il est nécessaire de :
- Avoir un diplôme de premier cycle en chaîne d’approvisionnement, gestion des matériaux, administration des affaires, technologie ou ingénierie.
- Avoir un moyenne générale (GPA) de 3.0 ou plus.
Qualifications préférées
Les candidats ayant un diplôme en finance, comptabilité ou technologie de l’information et une expérience d’au moins un an utilisant MS Office, en particulier PowerPoint et Excel, seront favorisés.

Ce rôle est classé comme télétravail, nécessitant que le candidat vive à Porto Rico. Les emplois à distance impliquent que la responsabilité du transport vers et depuis le site assigné incombe au salarié.
