All applications with skills for the position are welcome!We are looking for an Amazing: Application supportSeniority: Mid (3-5 years)Type of position: Hybrid model in Oporto. Candidates must be in Portugal already!The amazing you, will have:
- Provide L2/L3 support for enterprise applications running in production environments.
- Monitor application performance and availability using Dynatrace, including alert tuning and anomaly detection.
- Perform root cause analysis for incidents and implement long-term corrective actions.
- Support, troubleshoot, and maintain Linux-based systems, particularly Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
- Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth deployment and maintenance of applications.
- Maintain and improve scripts (Bash, Python, etc.) for automation of support tasks.
- Create and update technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.
- Fluent in English C1
