Description du Poste
Rôle : Lead Integration OT/IT System Manager
Dans le cadre de ce rôle, le candidat devra travailler en étroite collaboration avec des fournisseurs, des consultants et des spécialistes de systèmes afin de garantir l’efficacité des systèmes intégrés.
Objectifs principaux :
- Coordination précise avec les fournisseurs pour s’assurer que les systèmes de gestion de bâtiment (IBMS) et les sous-systèmes sont bien définis et adaptés aux besoins des cas d’utilisation.
- Réduction des risques et des coûts grâce à une approche holistique de la technologie.
- S’assurer que les solutions numériques répondent aux exigences et aux fonctionnalités désirées pour un projet de ville intelligente.
Responsabilités Clés
– Établir des documents de contrôle d’interface avec les fournisseurs afin de garantir une exécution technique réussie.
– Mettre à jour les dessins de construction pour l’infrastructure nécessaire aux capteurs IoT et à la connectivité.
– Analyser les écarts entre les systèmes proposés et les exigences du design de la ville intelligente, et coordonner les mises à jour nécessaires.
Compétences Requises
- Expérience en solutions numériques : Expertise dans le déploiement de systèmes OT/IT intégrés.
- Collaboration avec des intégrateurs de systèmes : Expérience directe avec des entreprises comme Honeywell et Siemens.
- Création et évaluation de RFP : Compétences dans la rédaction et l’évaluation de propositions pour divers systèmes.
- Connaissance des protocoles de bâtiment : Familiarité avec les normes industrielles en matière de solutions de bâtiment.
- Formation : Diplôme en ingénierie (Licence ou Master en systèmes électroniques et de contrôle).
- Expérience : Plus de 15 ans dans des domaines tels que les systèmes de gestion de bâtiment (BMS), sécurité, et technologies de l’information.
Qualifications Souhaitées
– Compréhension approfondie des systèmes BMS et des solutions numériques déployées dans des bâtiments intelligents.
– Connaissance des schémas de métadonnées et des architectures de données.
– Compétences techniques en gestion de l’énergie et durabilité des bâtiments.

In this role you will get to work on a leading Giga project and be part of the implementation of the smart cityWhat You’ll Be Doing:Lead Integration OT/IT system manager follow the below listed coordination with Vendors/supplier/system specialist including district supervision consultant.To ensure selected IBMS and sub-systems are well defined and aligned with the use cases and building infrastructure to reduce risk, decrease construction and operating costs to ensure right technology is deployed and integrates in an orderly manner to achieve the desired outcomes and functionalities for the Digital solution package. Responsible for bringing a holistic approach to technology within the budget and actively contribute to the success to deploy the Integrated Smart Digital solution package.Closely coordinates with BMS & sub-systems Vendors/partner to develop the Interface Control document listed with type and number of points, type of protocol to mitigate the technical risk during the project execution.Coordinate with vendors /suppliers/system specialist to update the shop drawings with required infrastructure of power and network for the IOT sensors, filed cameras and connectivity to DOC.Coordinate with sub-system suppliers to provide the network connectivity of each system head end to MSI platform and provide the network pre-requisitesCoordinate with MSI contractor to Identify the Gap between the proposed system of each asset/building and give presentation to sub-system vendorsSub-system vendors to review the Gap Analysis and incorporate the requirement in the required hardware and software to comply the Smart City designWhat Required Skills You’ll Bring:Digital Solution system experience to deploy the Right solution of OT/IT Systems, maximizing the efficiency and interoperability of the technology system across the enterprise to improve the system Efficiency & Smart Building Outcome.Direct exposure to work with system integrator like Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider, Sauter & Johnson Controls.Creation and Evaluation of RFP for IBMS, Security, ICT, PSIM, VMS, Command and Control Center, OT/IT systems to meet the desired outcome of use cases and user journey.Familiarity with Industrial standard protocols of Building solutions.Being passionate and always up to date with the latest developments in data technologies and architecturesHands-on experience in designing, building, and operating a modern data platform for batch and real-time data processing at scaleSolid understanding of the needs and work methods of cross-functional data teams that provide business value using Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep LearningExperience of IoT platform , big data , data Management and date classification.Essential qualifications in Engineering, e.g., Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Electronics and control systems.15+ years’ experience of BMS, Security, ELV, AV, CMMS, OT/IT and ICT systems.What Desired Skills You’ll Bring:Knowledge of BMS & IBMS landscape and OT/IT sub-systems connected to IBMS central platform.Knowledge towards a unified Metadata schema for building.
