Description du Poste
Le rôle d’ASESOR DE TIENDAS NORTE implique de fournir une *attention premium* aux clients, en répondant à leurs besoins lors de leur visite dans les points de vente. Les missions comprennent :
- Assurer une prise en charge professionnelle de la clientèle tant interne qu’externe.
- Garantir une expérience client efficace et satisfaisante, en employant les valeurs et pratiques de l’entreprise.
Qualifications Requises
Expérience et Éducation :
– Une expérience préalable d’un an dans un rôle lié à l’attention client est *préférable*.
– Être étudiant en Université, idéalement dans des domaines tels que : *Administration des Entreprises, Ingénierie Commerciale, Économie, Comptabilité, Marketing ou Psychologie*.
