Localisation : Bondi Junction, NSW
Type de contrat : Temporaire à temps plein (76 heures par quinzaine) sur un roulement de 4 semaines.

Description des responsabilités

En tant qu’Assistant Store Manager, vous serez responsable de :

• Identifier des opportunités et développer des stratégies pour atteindre les objectifs de performance définis.
• Fixer des objectifs de vente quotidiens, hebdomadaires et mensuels.
• Soutenir les promotions et événements de vente de l’entreprise.
• Encadrer et développer les membres de l’équipe pour favoriser leur performance individuelle et collective.
• Assurer un service client exceptionnel afin de respecter les normes de qualité les plus élevées.
• Motiver les associés dans notre domaine des Services de Design.
• Créer un environnement de travail positif respectant notre philosophie centrée sur les personnes.

Profil recherché

Pour réussir dans ce rôle, vous devriez posséder :

• Une expérience dans le secteur du commerce de détail, idéalement dans le domaine du mobilier.
• Une passion pour le service client et l’amélioration de la vie des clients à domicile.
• Des capacités à coacher et à inspirer votre équipe.
• Un esprit entrepreneurial et une capacité à penser en dehors des sentiers battus.
• Des compétences en communication, organisation et leadership.
• Des capacités de pensée critique pour identifier les défis et proposer des solutions innovantes.

Exigences physiques

• Mobilité dans le magasin et dans les zones de stockage, avec capacité à rester debout pendant de longues périodes.
• Capacité à gravir des échelles et à utiliser d’autres équipements conformément aux normes de sécurité.
• Capacité à soulever et à transporter des articles de taille moyenne à grande, jusqu’à 30 kg, en utilisant des équipements appropriés.

📝 Description du poste : Job Description:Our Pottery Barn Kids store in Bondi Junction, is seeking a results-driven, customer-focused, and dynamic Assistant Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer service, lead an outstanding team, and inspire great performance. This is a permanent, full-time position (76 hours per fortnight) on a rotating 4-week roster. Availability to work alternate weekends as part of the roster rotation is also required.As an Assistant Store Manager, you will:

• Identify opportunities, develop and execute strategies, and analyse daily, weekly, and monthly reports to achieve KPIs.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Support company promotions and sales events.
• Coach and develop team members to drive individual and team performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service to achieve world-class service standards.
• Drive our Design Services business area by motivating associates.
• Create and ensure a positive environment where all associates are treated fairly and with dignity, in accordance with our People-First Philosophy.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to be mobile in the store and back-of-house areas, including standing for long periods.
• Ability to climb ladders and use other equipment in line with safety standards.
• Ability to lift and mobilise medium to large items, up to 30 kg, while utilising appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
